I have done business with Toyota of Orlando for a number of years ranging from phone calls to Service, any given time my phone calls and questions were addressed, promptly and accurately. After our first vist.felt unease due to them coming right to us before we even got out of the car.Then this sales men came up to us and we felt better is name is Rich Tomel. He called to tell us that we were approved on Sunday.and I called him back to let him know that we will be there on Monday,08/08/11 at 10:00am. The three men I dealt with were awesome. I got to the dealership early and it wasn't opened yet. Just as I was going to leave, Paul came in (early) and told me he would help me. Had he not shown up at th dealership early and it wasn't opened yet. Just as I was going to leave, Paul came in (early) and told me he would help me. Had he not shown up at that time, I might not have gone back! He was very helpful and informative. Dave explained everything to me in detail and Mat was very helpful in explaining the financing.
