I visited Toyota of Orlando on 9/26/2011 for 20,000 mi. check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. Darell Roberson was very friendly, advising what was done and advising me about t check up including oil change, tires rotated, and fluids filled. However, I wanted to express how impressed we were with your Customer Service Rep Derell Roberson. Immediately after I pulled my car in for service (Oil Change) a gentlemen greeted me and walked me over to Derell Roberson. Mr. Roberson was happy, professional, and made me feel at ease quickly. He took the time to remind us of past service issues with our vehicle, and we appreciated the way his reminder didn't sound like a sales pitch. He didn't try to pressure us but had understanding when we explained we just couldn't afford to take care of those issues at this time. Mr. Roberson took the time to explain to me and a few moments later to my Husband the order of importance and which one we should definitely take care of right away. As a woman I really appreciated that and so did my Husband. My Husband and I just want you to know how impressed we are with him because overall he made our experience feel as though we were his friends instead of a business transaction. He even took it a step further to inform us on his own where we were at as far as the time left to service our vehicle which had never been done in the past. That really won us over and it made our waiting time seem shorter. We just want to thank Mr. Roberson for a job well done and give acknowledgment to him. I visited this dealer yesterday to buy a new camry. I couldn't accept the price and left. It was not surprising that they called me this morning trying to make a deal. I gave my final offer (which is eve couldn't accept the price and left. It was not surprising that they called me this morning trying to make a deal. I gave my final offer (which is even higher than the price my friend paid for the same type of car) and said CLEARLY that if they couldn't accept it, I would not bother to drive all the way back to re-visit. John CLEARLY said "yes, we accept it, come here and we can sign the contract". So I went back, although it is Monday and I was supposed to work. And, after I went there and wasted a few more hours. A manager wrote down a very high price for me. They said they never agreed on my offer. They said John cannot control price. And John refused to come out and talk with me. And all those managers talking with me were just RUDE. I had heard of such things but I was still shocked when it really happens to me. How can they just lie to me like that and expect me to do business with him? Were they just playing with me for fun? More

This is one of the worst places to go. Talked to internet manger before going to delership about the purchase of a new corolla. At the dealership he was nowhere to be found.
