Mr Vazquez was extreme,y prompt and helpful when my Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. I had the car towed to Toyota of Orlando around 4 pm and the repair was complete before 8:30 pm the sa Avalon overheated due to a water pump failure. The service department is the best I have ever used. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Mr Cogle explained what work was being done and why it was necessary.
