I have waited over a year for the scion fr-s. When I called to check availability I was invited in for a test drive. I drove 20 miles out of my way only to be told they do not test drive those cars. I called later and as different person and was invited in to test drive the car and confronted them. They offered no help at all. This dealership uses deceptive advertising practices to get you in the door. I visited the dealership two months ago to purchase a 2012 Corolla. I was given a good price that was also advertised on their w get you in the door. I visited the dealership two months ago to purchase a 2012 Corolla. My wife and I decided to wait one month and save for a larger down payment for a 2012 Camry instead. When ready to purchase again visited Toyota of Orlando and was quoted $2500.00 above website price even though I had explained to them about my research and their great price on the 2012 Corolla. They explained that the price on the website was for that one vehicle only. When I got up to leave, then they decided to re-look at the deal to see what they could do. At that time, I was done. I even had a hard time getting my keys for the trade-in back. I will never visit this dealership again and will make sure all my family and friends know of my experience. YOUR LOST TOYOTA OF ORLANDO. Can't trust the service managers! They blame the customer for their mistakes. I took my car in for a repair and was quoted one price. When Emil called the price changed to one that was much lower (several h for their mistakes. I took my car in for a repair and was quoted one price. I questioned the new much lower price and he insisted he was right and during the lengthy conversation he stated the low price several times and in different words. When I asked for it in writing the price jumped back up to what I expected it to be. I mentioned it and he blamed me for hearing it wrong and made me feel like a fool for even thinking that he said something different. I wasn’t expecting them to honor the stated lower price, but please don’t blame your customers! When I went to pick my car up I pointed out a new chuck out of the side mirror (the one I just got replaced after some vandalism). Travis was quick to say I brought it in that way and point out that my car is old and has many little scratches and dings. When I got home I read the invoice and in the fine print it says “CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT DEALER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMAGE OCCURRING TO THE VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF ITS REPAIRS.” I’m guessing that means that they aren’t responsible for my mirror or anything else they damage while they have it. After this I question buying another Toyota because it will eventually need service and this service is questionable at the best. More
I had Michael work with me on a small problem with my vehicle, and was dissatisfied with the service, the problem was not solved the first time I brought it in, and I had to bring it in 4 times before th vehicle, and was dissatisfied with the service, the problem was not solved the first time I brought it in, and I had to bring it in 4 times before the problem was completely solved, and while the mechanic was trying to figure out the solution to the problem, he was careless in handling my vehicle, I found my plastic inside my vehicle chipped scratched and damaged from the mechanic banging on my car to try an determine where a loose rattling noise was coming from, and where they added foam on the inside of my car, I found white splotch stains on the plastic furniture on my car that would not come out as well, I also found on the outside of my car chipped paint behind my lisence plate where they had added more foam to get rid of road noise, and some scratches on my door handle and some more scratches near the lisence plate where the chipped paint was. The car was akso left filthy!! Covered in black splotches all over my seats and door handles and foot rest for the driver, it was everywhere, i spent about 45 minutes trying to clean off what the mechanic had left all over the inside of my car. I was also very upset when I got home and found all of this, also the very first night I had came into the service department to get my car worked on, my advisor did not make me feel comfortable at all, he made me feel nervous an worried, because I heard him talking with another service advisor named Daniel that the service was closing, and Daniel had quoted, "I don't think there going to find the noise" and I was told that the dealer was closing in an hour that they probably would not have time to finish working on my vehicle and I would have to return the next day, with that being said, there body language showed no interest in helping me solve my problem, the only thing they seemed focused on was getting home after there shift, it was a very unpleasant experience and I felt like there was a lot of sarcasm as well whenever Michael said " whatever makes you happy Chris", overall the experience was no fun, and my car was handled carelessly by the mechanic and showed no care, I the customer should never feel like this especially when I'm spending $30,000 on a brand new vehicle, an I have a 36,000 mile warranty, and my car only has 16,000 miles on it, and this the kind of service I get, , Although there is good news!! I will be writing a second Great Review! On my 4th visit back to the dealer, I was given a completely new service advisor and new trustworthy outstanding mechanic who is very knowledgable and professional! And I'm excited to write my second review on this new experience with the new service advisor and new mechanic! :-) More

I am a convert. For the longest time, I had phobia of I am a convert. For the longest time, I had phobia of dealerships; then one time, out of convenience because they open on weekends, I went to Toyot I am a convert. My last two visits I have dealt with Derell Roberson and, I gotta say, he is very courteous and polite; during service tasks that last longer than a day, he calls me with an update after events like part arrivals, etc. More

THESE EMPLOYEES HELPED ME OUT ALOT.. I HAD BAD SERVICE OVER AT REED NISSAN, AND I CAME NEXT DOOR AND THSES MEN HAD MADE MY DAY AND MADE ME SMILE IN MY NEW COROLLA. THEIR SERVICE WAS AWESOME, I STARED OFF OVER AT REED NISSAN, AND I CAME NEXT DOOR AND THSES MEN HAD MADE MY DAY AND MADE ME SMILE IN MY NEW COROLLA. I recently brought in my 2012 Sienna for it's first service at 5k miles, Emil was so helpful and kind. It's amazing that with all the hustle and bustle in the service lane he was able to make me feel c service at 5k miles, Emil was so helpful and kind.
