I have been having my 2002 Camry serviced here since I purchased the car. I have always appreciated the service staff some better than others. Rafael Hernandez was one of the great ones. He took time with me and even helped me to go through my coupons to get the best deal. I was there to get my 90,000 mile service and knew it would be a big one. He offered me a car at no cost to me and that made me feel that they cared about my time. Once my car was ready it was less than expected and it was washed too! Rafael had some future recommendations that I could do at a later date to keep my older car running at it's best.
