I have been having my 2002 Camry serviced here since I purchased the car. I have always appreciated the service staff some better than others. Rafael Hernandez was one of the great ones. He took time with me and even helped me to go through my coupons to get the best deal. I was there to get my 90,000 mile service and knew it would be a big one. He offered me a car at no cost to me and that made me feel that they cared about my time. Once my car was ready it was less than expected and it was washed too! Rafael had some future recommendations that I could do at a later date to keep my older car running at it's best. I just really liked talking with him and appreciated him not giving me more than I could handle price wise. I will definitely look him up again, thank you Rafael! Dawn More

I had the WORST experience at Central Florida Toyota. In fact, the last 3 year, 6 months dealing with them had be sub par, but when I was looking for a new vehicle (I had leased a 2009 toyota corolla from t fact, the last 3 year, 6 months dealing with them had be sub par, but when I was looking for a new vehicle (I had leased a 2009 toyota corolla from that establishment) because my lease had been coming to a close (would have ended march 2013), their service was atrocious at best. Tired, after a second day and 8 hours total, I decided to venture to Toyota of Orlando (I had previous dealings with Toyota of Orlando with my 1998 Camry, but had stopped going to the dealership for service on that vehicle because of the location (I live almost 45 minute-60 minutes away from highway 50 and John Young Parkway). Since Toyota of Orlando moved to a closer area to where i live, i decided to take a chance and see what they may have to offer. First, I met Patrick in the parking lot when i arrived. I explained that i was exhausted, that i was very specifically looking for a silver 2012 camry with little to no money down, a payment that was close to what i had been paying on the corolla (i had come to learn in the last 3.5 years that the payment i was making for that vehicle is close to what i could have paid for a camry all this time, based in the payments family and friends had been making on their vehicles). Patrick was quick to bring two different models. He connected me to a guy who's name i cant remember. I gave him the run down of what i wanted, including the fact that i still had 6 months on my lease and was in no rush if i wasn't able to get the deal i was looking for. He was crazy. The three offers he came back with were at least $100-$150 dollars a month out of my price range and i needed to put a few thousand dollars down. Just as i was ready to leave (again, i was in no rush), Mike came over and took over the negotiating. Needless to say, we were able to seal the deal. In fact, i asked for business cards because i was so pleased with how effortless it was working with him and wished i had a) met him before i wasted my time at Central Florida Toyota), b) met him before i had wasted almost 45 minutes with the other guy i spoke with, initially. If that wasn't good enough, Shawn was great! While Patrick and Mike helped my mom move a few items out of my old car, into the new car, the paperwork process with Shawn was QUICK. from my recount, from the time i met Mike until the time i was finished with Shawn, it had only been about 90 minutes. I also noticed that in the two and a half hours i was at this location, 4-6 other people left with vehicles. That's 400%-600% more than the other toyota location (just pointing that out). Though it was late, Mike and Shawn didnt rush us, answered all of my questions, etc. Shawn also explained all of the paperwork that i was signing and didnt make me feel foolish if i had a question, etc. I really appreciated that more than i can express. The facility is remarkably clean and comfortable. Everyone seems friendly and i'm excited to be doing business with Toyota of Orlando, once again. I also appreciated Mike's follow up phone call to me about a week later to see if i was still happy with my purchase. This is one of those rare times where a big decision has been made, that i didnt have buyers remorse, the next day. Again, i cannot stress this enough, I have never experienced such outstanding service of any kind as i did with Patrick, Mike and Shawn. As i mentioned, i will certainly be recommending them, specifically to friends, family, co-workers, etc. More

I came to Toyota with much doubt that I would even be able to finance a car but all the reps were so helpful in professional than Toyota of Orlando.
