I spoke to Ariel on the phone and she promised an unreal deal. I kept questioning her because the deal seemed too good to be true. I drove over an hour to discover that I had been misled. Bi spoke to the used car manager and found him to be extremely rood. I have been buying cars for 35 years and this was without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have had. More
One of the reasons why I liked this dealer is because of the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are bad, but as a consumer,looking at those numbers sometimes makes you feel out of range. When a dealer puts out specials, I can, from the privacy of my own home on the internet, determine whether the vehicle is affordable for me or not without dealing with the usual dealership salesman pressures. Looking at an MSRP over $30000.00 for the Tacoma I wanted, I would never had made it into the dealership. More

My overall experience today was excellent because Tony Ferrando provided me customer service that went above and beyond what I had expected. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla (118k miles) in for an oil change and something else that was recommended. There was no problem with the oil change. It was the something else that changed the course of my visit, but Tony helped me explore my options and gave me all the details I needed to know about what my car needed. I left better informed, felt like Tony had my best interests in mind, and was very satisfied with the work quality, price(s), and friendliness. The atmosphere is nice too. Thanks! More
Horrible place. Do not go here. They made me wait for hours to negotiate a price. After all that, while we were sitting there with three kids, we were told they could not determine the exact price of the hours to negotiate a price. Meanwhile, the sales guy was telling me all about how his parents are big shots, how and why leasing makes sense, why one should never buy a vehicle. He spent most of the time arguing about non related things. Even though he knew I had three kids sitting there, one of whom is just two. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO GO THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. MOHAMMED SALAH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TOO WHEN I WENT AND TALKED TO HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION, PRETENDING THAT HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING.
