My overall experience today was excellent because Tony Ferrando provided me customer service that went above and beyond what I had expected. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla (118k miles) in for an oil change and something else that was recommended. There was no problem with the oil change. It was the something else that changed the course of my visit, but Tony helped me explore my options and gave me all the details I needed to know about what my car needed. I left better informed, felt like Tony had my best interests in mind, and was very satisfied with the work quality, price(s), and friendliness. The atmosphere is nice too. Thanks! More
Horrible place. Do not go here. They made me wait for hours to negotiate a price. After all that, while we were sitting there with three kids, we were told they could not determine the exact price of the hours to negotiate a price. After all that, while we were sitting there with three kids, we were told they could not determine the exact price of the car because they needed to clean it up. Wow. they had it on the Internet. Meanwhile, the sales guy was telling me all about how his parents are big shots, how and why leasing makes sense, why one should never buy a vehicle. He spent most of the time arguing about non related things. Even though he knew I had three kids sitting there, one of whom is just two. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO GO THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. MOHAMMED SALAH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TOO WHEN I WENT AND TALKED TO HIM ABOUT THE SITUATION, PRETENDING THAT HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING. OTHER SALES PEOPLE THRN JUMPED IN AND WERE ALL HASSLING ME AS I WALKED BY. More
The most friendly and professional service we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle . We were treated as if we were the only people in the show room. I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased, I did not expect to make a purchase when I came into the dealership, and nor did I expect to buy a toyota corolla, I was just looking at maybe purchasing a not expect to make a purchase when I came into the dealership, and nor did I expect to buy a toyota corolla, I was just looking at maybe purchasing an LE Toyota Yaris, but I was not sold on the price, so they were able to get me into a better vehicle for the same price I was quoted for the toyota yaris. Mike was my salesman, and cassie was also involved in giving the best possible knowledge and excellent customer service when showing me the vehicles. We looked at several different vehicles and she was very patient with me, and helped me find the right vehicle until I was completely satisfied and happy. Mike worked with me on the numbers, and was very patient as well, and did his best to find the best possible price that I was looking for. My Finance manager was shawn sibley, and I really enjoyed working with him as well, especially because he was my salesman 2 years ago when I was looking at trading in my vehicle, he provided me excellent customer service then, and he provided the same excellent customer service this time around as well. He made everything clear and understandable, and the delivery of the car was excellent, he helped me move all of my personal belongings from my previous vehicle into the new vehicle, and waited patiently until it was finished. I really enjoyed my sales associate experience at toyota of orlando, and I would definitely return again to buy another car as well. Before I had came to the dealership, I had already called in advance and was talking with Dee about coming in and looking at some different vehicles. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, cassie was already awaiting my arrival and greeted me the moment I stepped out of my car. I would honestly recommend the sales department of this this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used toyota vehicle. I was very satisafied, and treated like I own a million dollars. More

I am a Brit living in Florida, for me aircon is a necessity. I had a budget of $10k and i found a car i liked (not a Toyota) it had aircon, was in good shape and just under my budget. After only 3 weeks i found out that the aircon did not work and the system is basically non functional. I go back to Toyota of Orlando and am basically told tough, even though everyone i dealt with when purchsing the car told me yes it has aircon and nothign major wrong with it. Speicalists, even their own told me it had been patched up sometime before i bought it. They removed the warranty, on their own doing, to reduce my monthly payment. But was again assured there was nothing major wrong with it. I am left with a car thats virtually unusable for me in Fl in 10 out of 12 months a year and a $1000 bill if i choose to repair. I am tryign to get somewhere with the dealership but i hold out little hope. Spoke to Kyle Carter, he doesnt want to know. Gave me a price to fix it AT FULL PRICE. Why thanks. More
Great buying experince. The whole staff was kind. I was able to test drive and make choices easily. The finance personel were considerate of my needs and were able to offer me a great deal.
