I am really impressed with the ease of doing business with all of the Toyota of Orlando staff. My latest adventure started with Drew Ruggiano telling me how great the new Avalon was when I took my 2006 A with all of the Toyota of Orlando staff. My latest adventure started with Drew Ruggiano telling me how great the new Avalon was when I took my 2006 Avalon in for service. When the 2013s arrived in the showroom I took one look and it was love at first sight. Tarik Malik took me for a tour of the car and a test drive. Bud Charania put the order together for me to get the car that I wanted. Josh Cardenas finalized the sale and sent me off in an incredible new Avalon Limited. The car is great and very impressive to see. It is not as "sedate" as the earlier editions, valets comment that "this can't be a Toyota" when they look at the sporty interior. A fine car to drive has now become fun. A big part of buying a vehicle is knowing that I have great service available to keep it in shape. Toyota of Orlando and the dealer/service staff let me know that I can count on them anytime for personalized service (and good coffee). I can't recommend them more highly or more often than I do now. We met Dennis outside and he led us into the building to meet with Lindsey. After a brief introduction, we were led to Alex M. to begin discussing the details. Alex worked and worked to get the deal and he never gave up on making sure we were comfortable with our decisions and ensuring our questions were fully answered. Last, but not least, Jean sealed the deal with the finance paperwork. The whole time, he made sure we had no questions unanswered and no concerns left before we departed the dealership. After transferring everything over from the Dodge to the Tundra, Dennis gave us a thorough run-through to make sure we were completely satisfied, and sent us on our way with our new truck. Great service from great people and I would definitley recommend to anyone! Thanks guys! More

I spoke to Ariel on the phone and she promised an unreal deal. I kept questioning her because the deal seemed too good to be true. I drove over an hour to discover that I had been misled. She wasn't even my sales person when I drove to the dealership. I soon discovered that everything she said was not true. I asked to speak to a manager. Bi spoke to the used car manager and found him to be extremely rood. I have been buying cars for 35 years and this was without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have had. More
One of the reasons why I liked this dealer is because of the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are the new car specials posted on their website. I believe I received a good deal, especially considering MSRP numbers. Not to say that MSRP numbers are bad, but as a consumer,looking at those numbers sometimes makes you feel out of range. When a dealer puts out specials, I can, from the privacy of my own home on the internet, determine whether the vehicle is affordable for me or not without dealing with the usual dealership salesman pressures. Looking at an MSRP over $30000.00 for the Tacoma I wanted, I would never had made it into the dealership. More
