My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle for and we came with the intentions of "just looking" at a Corolla. Chito Bacani helped us pick out a Corolla and we did test drive it, but out of the corne we came with the intentions of "just looking" at a Corolla. Chito was very helpful and again we went on a test drive and I was thrilled with the car. Next we worked with John Rios who was exceptional he detailing every item about the car and the many options that were offered. He was very patient, considerate, knowledgeable and kind. Even when we needed more clarification, he patiently repeated the information for us to better understand. Finally, we met with Jean La xxxx in Financial. Jean was very organized, precise and worked very well with us. Our whole experience at Toyota of Orlando was exceptional. It is very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and well organized. We traveled 60 miles to this dealer and it was so well worth it. More

My husband and I went to Toyota of Orlando to just look at cars, we were not planning on buying that day. I looked at the Tacoma's, but was interested in an SUV. I ended up looking at the Venza, which is a at cars, we were not planning on buying that day. I looked at the Tacoma's, but was interested in an SUV. I ended up looking at the Venza, which is a cross over. I fell in love! Our product sales man Chris Cardenas, was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We went inside, and began the negotiation process. Alex Malatesta was extremely willing to work with us, and did so to the last request. He never stopped trying to make sure we were comfortable with the price and vehicle. He put up with so much negotiating, and took the time to take care of us, the customers. I really appreciated everything he did for us! After we worked with Alex, we needed to see Josh Cardenas in Financing. Josh was extremely helpful as well with explaining all the numbers, and endless amounts of paper work. Josh was also helpful in putting in my new floor mats, and helped pull off all the stickers from the windows. He also cleaned the windows for me! I honestly am so appreciative for all the hard work of both, especially Alex, because otherwise I wouldn't have a new car :) My husband bought his Tacoma from this dealership in 2005, and his good exp. is what brought us back this time. Now, I've had a wonderful car buying experience, and will certainly return to Toyota of Orlando the next time I need to purchase a car!! Thanks guys, keep up the amazing work :) More

When we decided to visit the dealership we had no intention to buy and we were surprised how quickly our feelings about "car dealers" were changed.
