Car Specialist - Joe T. His customer services skills and level of professionalism were top notch. He demonstrated character and a great personality. Joe T. was definitely a huge part in our decision of purchasing a vehicle. I wish we could have completed a survey on him as I believe his efforts should be recognized. Joe is truly an amazing team member and someone who I would hope Toyota would embrace with advancement opportunities due to the skillset. Mike Rush - assisted with the negotiations portion of the car deal. Seemed personable and thorough and worked with us. However his lack of follow-up to several concerns we expressed after purchasing the vehicle and lack of returning phone calls leaves much to be desired for. No follow-through on his part. Seems more like a 'salesman' - but the customer service ended there for him. (we originally completed a survey on the date of purchase for Mike Rush and gave high ratings... if there were a way to retract that and do over the ratings would definitely have been different. Perhaps that survey should be done a few days later...not 5 minutes after you agree to buy the car. Shawn Sibley - outstanding customer service. Accurate. Pleasant. Personable. Answered all questions with ease and knowledge. A great representative for Toyota. Jordan Siviglia - To Jordan I say 'great manager'. Took the time to address any concerns and correct them. Very happy with Jordan's management expertise. Overall, thumbs up Toyota of Orlando, you have our business in the future. More
Went to the dealership for a 2 car deal and was greated and shown the lot. The greeter did a great job making me feel welcome. After looking at some cars for a few minutes, not even asked if I wanted a test drive, I went inside and was handed off to someone else to work numbers. Jamal was very timid and wanted my car keys, credit from my wife and I immediately (wife was at home). I said hey I just want numbers so I can decide what dealer I will buy from. He refused to give me numbers until I provided credit, So I gave him my car keys, my wifes information, and my information I even had my wife provide him with an email copy of her license. After running my credit, not my wifes who has a 700 credit score, I was told by Jamal that his sales Manager James Lyle would not provide me with numbers until I provide him with someone qualified to buy a car he then said out loud my credit score, loud enough for the two employees in the next cubical and guest at the table behind me to hear. I was extremely embarassed, I then expalined the situation to Jamal and that my credit is that way because of school loans that I have not paid in 5 years and my credit has not changed since leasing my 2 Toyota's from Central Florida Toyota almost 3 years ago. I also reported that I was first on the loan and had my mother cosigned the last loan who has a 850 credit score, who is willing to cosign again. I then asked will you get me the numbers so I can see if I want to buy a car from your dealership, Jamal went back to James and came back very quickly and said he can not sell me a car, very loudly. I then got up and said you really do not want to sell me a car? and Jamal just looked at me. I then walked into the sales manager office and confronted James who looked right at me and said I do not see anyone that can Lease a car. I start to leave and by now there is an audience, so I turned around and called James a swindler. Next James tells me to leave and don't come back, mind you I can not go because they have hidden my Toyota Prius keys from me, so I turn back around and James says leave now before I can say something. I turn toward the door and anounce to all the eyes watching that they refuse to give me numbers until I provide them with credit that can buy and they are trying to swindle me and trick people into buying cars. I was then told to leave now loudly as I was walking out. I went outside and waited out front and two employees headed toward me fearing for my life I called the police, now I still can not leave as they are holding my car hostage. I stepped farther away from the building walking toward the street the direction off the property and leave my car. I then announced to the employees following I was calling the police they then turned and walked away. A few minutes later I was on the phone with the police and someone came up behind me with my keys. I then walked to my car and drove away. More
I went to Orlando Toyota as a result of a mail out and to my surprise this dealership is beautiful. I thought they just wanted to get me in so they could pressure me into buying a new car but to my surprise my surprise this dealership is beautiful. Then we sat down and talked to Steve about the trade in I had and the car that I picked out and as a result we settled on a price and a lease plan. All went smooth and then I went to Michael Sumner's office and he explained all the paper work, went through all the different forms. All three employees were professional. My overall experience was excellent. More
Heard many good things about the Prius V from other owners. Saw one on line...went to this dealership. Said I wanted a sales manager, they brought one right out. We spoke for about 10 minutes...they owners. Saw one on line...went to this dealership. Said I wanted a sales manager, they brought one right out. We spoke for about 10 minutes...they looked at my trade in and gave me a bottom line, for going out the door. Taxes included in the quote. I took one night to think about it. Came back the next day and bought the car. Marcos and Jerry (Tao) were also great. Friendly... the process took a little longer than I would have like and the paper work was endless...But I am a satisfied customer. Danny T. More

We actually chose to come to this dealership because the sales manager himself took the time to speak with us over the phone and imparted specific info we needed to help us chose a dealership to buy from. He was forthcoming and held true to his word when we got there. THere were a lot of cars to chose from. In addition, the sales person who was assigned to us was easy to work with and the financial servicer, Michael Sumner, was very friendly and clear in presentation. The entire team was friendly and took their time with us...even in walking out to the new car and explaining features, and setting up some of the features with the radio, etc...I would recommend anyone to this dealership who is interested in a new Toyota car purchase. Very nice people very professional. I bought the internet special and was happy with the price so didn't haggle. It took a long time to get out of there and, as usual, they only offered half of what my trade in was valued by Bluebook. That seems to be the standard. But, overall a great experience. More

Because of our previous experience at a competing dealership, we were wary about the thought of purchasing from a large dealer ever again. Toyota of Orlando squashed any negative thoughts we had going into the process, and we have now made two additional purchases in the last 12 months. The team of John Rios in sales and Niels Christensen in financing was everything you'd hope for and expect in an established car dealership-- which was the complete opposite of our previous experience from the competition. We didn't feel like we were being swindled or taken advantage of, John's use of the word "family" and his manner of explaining all our options was refreshing and encouraging. To put it plainly, as long as we live in Central Florida, we will continue to shop and recommend the services of Toyota of Orlando. More
This was by far the best dealership we have ever worked with! They were very friendly, hands on with helping us picking our vehicle and we had a deal in a timely manner.
