Just bought my 2010 Toyota Tundra yesterday, and was not even looking for a new car. The process was amazing from start to finish, extremely easy, no pressure, great price, and nothing like your normal deal even looking for a new car. On easter 2013 I was searching for a new car that will fit me financially & personaly. It was hard because I wanted a brand new 2013 model that i can afford. Finally when i knew what I wanted I was accompanied by a kind professional finacer/sales man named Niels Christensen. Being a stranger he treated me and my family like his own family. It was a pleasure to do business with him help me down the payment to the amount i could afford & save as much money/time as possible. Also gave me alot of facts and tips basically everything i needed to know about the car & company. Im sure that many people feel the same way about Mr. Christensen. If you are looking for a great Sale man he definitely is a good guy to do business with. Now i have a brand new black Corolla s 2013 because he helped me with my time there you best option is to get with Mr.Christensen and he'll be sure to work with what you got. I've been a Toyota person most of my life and this is the 2nd time I have traveled 2 hrs+ to Orlando to the same dealership to purchase my new Camry. At first I thought I was going to have to leave without being able to make a purchase-but after some deep digging, the guys we worked with were able to come to an agreement on a price that was within my budget and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and left the dealership as another satisfied customer! Im sorry I cant remember their names-but the nice young Man in the Blazer and JR that was brave enuff to ride with me while test driving in a city bigger than I care to be in-as well as Michael that helped with my paperwork-YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME! I enjoyed the sports education and laughs while being taken care of by Michael-and he made a long day en- joyable! The price was right, the NEW location is huge with an incredible selection and the staff goes way above what most salesmen at other car lots are willing to do-and they care about MY NEEDS!! My husband and I were in the dealership on Friday. Jay was our salesman, and a great one at that. He had worked with us 3 different times, before we finally bought a 2013 Toyoto Camry, that we really love was our salesman, and a great one at that. He took us to Alex, who did a great job putting the sale together. He took us on a tour of the building from parts to service to sales, while we waited for the papers to be typed and ready for us. Jean Lacock did the closing and getting the car ready for us. He had every thing prepared for us. He has a great personality and really knows how to be a people person. He told me if I would come back with my new phone, he would program it to my bluetooth, the next day. I had it done already when I took my title back to them, but it was so nice of him to say he would do it for me. Everyone at the dealership goes over and above what they have to do. Finally, I went out of the dealer driving a new Toyota Camry SE, with a payment that is what I was looking for. The way I was treated since the very beginning, starting from the Sales person who received me at the parking ( l don't remember his name, it is Montae or something similar), up the finance people, everybody did their best to comply with my requests. From now on, Toyota of Orlando is the place where I be looking whenever I'm looking for a Toyota. I recommend it to any one who is looking for the best alternatives. More
