We first contacted Toyota of Orlando through the Internet. We received a phone call with in an hour of putting our request in. When we arrived at the dealership we where greeted promptly. Then we were taken to Gerry, who was extremely real with us in explaining the details of whatever we chose, defining terms for us and enlightening us of other options - highlighting the plus and minus of them for us to weigh. We made a decision that from his revisitng of the decision more than once, we figured he thought we probably were making an unwise decision in terms of value for money in the long run considering the advantages we had with credit history, etc, etc and was willing to ask us to hold on a little so he can get his partner Bud to attempt shedding some more light on the situation. When Bud came on the scene, he like Gerry was really real about shedding light on the situation. He broke things down even further and funny enough we did not feel like our 'intelligence' was insulted. We got more comfortable with sharing our personal goals with him which we thought got us the guidance we needed in light of our present and future situation with our car - and yes the light shed was received by us after we drilled and drilled Bud to make sure that the knowledge he was imparting (which was a wealth) was what we understood. When we were taken in to see Jean for the paper work, he was very matter-of-fact with the info, courteous and friendly. Fast with the paper work (cause we explained that we were needing to leave soon) yet explaining as he goes and yet still managed not to create an atmosphere of 'rush rush'. He took to time out to follow us out to the car and put the car mats in himself We congratulate their patience with surviving our drilling because we really don't have money or time to waste. Praise the Lord we now have a brand new car! More
Decided to visit the dealership to price trucks. I used the dealership tool to determine the trade in value on my exiting vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't plan on trying to purchase anything as I was really upside down with existing vehicle. Arrived at the dealership and was met by Manny. He showed me several trucks and was knowledgeable of both Tacoma's & Tundra's and pointed out many important features. After a couple of test drives I fell in love with one of the loaded Tacoma's. Even though I didn't really think there was any hope of getting out of my existing vehicle and into the Tacoma I decided to see where the numbers fell. Met with Alex Vergara next. We went through several pricing scenarios and within in a very short time Alex had me in the new Tacoma and out of my existing upside down loan. I was really surprised as my payment did not increase, my rate went down with no money out of pocket. Exactly as Alex stated would happen. Finally I met with Niels Christensen to finish up the financing. Another excellent experience. Got into Niels office, all the paperwork was ready. Neils explained the process, we got through the signatures in just a few short minutes. Its nice when you're not waiting around for paperwork. All in all, Toyota of Orlando was an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable everyone made me feel. There was never any pressure, no ridiculous sales pitches, nothing to make a buyer feel defensive. I will go back to Toyota of Orlando for my next vehicle. More

Gregory was the one who welcome us at the Parking lot and showed us the vehicle and gave us the drive test. Had it not been for his introduction, we would not have bought the vehicle. Jamal was very good as showed us the vehicle and gave us the drive test. Had it not been for his introduction, we would not have bought the vehicle. Jamal was very good as a sales man. Though we were trying to lower the price of the vehicle, he did not buy into that because he knew the value of the vehicle he was selling us. He went into every detail. The finance man, Jean Lacock was super in going into details about the financing and to have us sign the documents re: the sales. He wanted to make sure all our questions were answered. All three of them wanted to make sure that the vehicle was ready to go that evening. They detailed the vehicle, fill the gas tank, installed the floor mats, clean the windows. then handed us the key. They told me if I ever buy a smart phone stop in any time and let them install it for me. Quite a treat. I believe the entire staff at Toyota Orlando has for goal to satisfy the clients. From the very first salesman, Greg, we had a great experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 mil experience. We were comparison shopping after having looked at Chevy and Dodge trucks, we saw a 2013 Toyota Tundra advertised online and drove 30 miles to see what Toyota of Orlando had to offer. We looked at the truck that was advertised, plus every other used truck on your lot as well as a lot of new trucks. Greg didn't pressure us but patiently showed us back and forth through the trucks before finally test driving the vehicle we saw online. When we went inside, Greg introduced us to Paul Vera and Paul took over. He was skillful at getting more of a firm commitment out of us as we had not intended on purchasing that day. Between him and Mo Salah, they were able to get us into the truck we wanted at a price everyone was comfortable with. It was late and after closing and we never felt rushed by anyone on the staff. We were joking and talking with several different staff members that weren't even involved in our deal. Our finance guy, Michael Sumner, was personable and friendly and guided us through paperwork efficiently and even set us up with our service appointment for some vehicle options we had added to our truck. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to our friends and family as well as returning ourselves! More
