When my daughter& I arrived at the dealership, the lady who called me introduced us to Dennis who further assisted me in finding a vehicle that suited our needs as well as my budget. He was very patient as we looked at several vehicles. We finally chose one and went inside for the financing. Jamal and Dennis worked with me with the financing , etc. They were so nice throughout the entire process. It was such a pleasure working with them. Michael Sumner worked with us in completing the paperwork and he was great, as well. They were all so knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. When i went to work the next day, I immediately began to give the best word of mouth advertising ever and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much for being so amazing throughout and even after with the follow up phone calls. It is truly appreciated. More

The guy in the lot was very helpful, given he didn't know much about the car as its a MINI at a Toyota dealership. There was a concern with the transmission during the test drive, which they fixed befor know much about the car as its a MINI at a Toyota dealership. There was a concern with the transmission during the test drive, which they fixed before I left the lot. The sales guy (Juan Colon) was very good, but his sales techniques were almost by the book. I ended up spending far more time there than I should've. Close the sale for the terms I ask for or I walk is pretty straightforward. The guy who makes the deal (Birdie?) came over as the closer. Made me feel like I was at a high pressure time share office. I told him my terms as well and he tried to squeeze more money. When I told them I was leaving, they pleaded for two more minutes and miraculously produced the acceptable deal. That was a textbook "straw man" technique if I ever saw one. I'm happy with the deal I got, but it should not have taken as long as it did. It was a blatant attempt to get me to pay more for the car. The brightest spot of my experience was the finance manager, John Vanscoy. He was very personable and thorough in his explanations of the various paperwork. So, to sum up, It was good experience that could have been great if they hadn't telegraphed every sales technique straight from the time share sales textbook. That's why I've rated this experience as such. More

I will describe my personal experience by my new Toyota Rav4. First, the person who showed us the car, Mr.Edgar Rodrigez was the best person we met in the Toyota dealer. After we selected the car we wanted the second step was with Mr. Juan Colon who was not professional in many things made my mom and I feel like he wanted to take advantage of us about the price of the car and not let me talk with his manager. Instead of bringing his manager he brought another salesman called Mr. Antonio Cruz who was very nice and treated us very professional. Even when we explained to him what happened with the other guy I didn’t say anything to the manager. Finally, in the last process buying my car with another person who was really nice, he brought the manager to us even when we didn’t say the bad experience I had with Mr. Juan Colon and he spoke to us very professional and very attentive. I appreciate Toyota of Orlando and its staff and Edgar Rodrigez and Antonio Cruz for their good business. My mother and I are very happy with the new car. More
Visited this dealership yesterday(13june 8.15Pm) after seeing the add from auto trader. I asked for this particular van and before leaving from home, talked with Britney at 4.00pm that i am coming and she seeing the add from auto trader. I have 2 hour drive to this dealer ship and specifically told her about this. Once i reached there she introduced me to a salesman to show this vehicle and he straightly took me to another more expensive van. Actually, this ad of 2006 sienna is their bait to bring people over there. then they said the van is in service station for detailing and then the tone was changed and said its already sold. this morning somebody called me and said it have mechanical problem and send back to auction again. If they knew about all these, why they put these ad in auto trader and car guru that its still available and by telling the people its a good deal, they are trying o bring the people to their dealership. I know this add is a BAIT to bring people over there More
I went to Toyota of Orlando because of their most recent commercial where I was hoping for a great deal. My initial search was for a used Camry. The salesman Leo Coronado approached me and that is when th commercial where I was hoping for a great deal. My initial search was for a used Camry. The salesman Leo Coronado approached me and that is when the wonderful experience began. Leo was funny, personable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a car. He answered all of my questions and provided great detailed information as we looked at different cars. We came across a new Camry LE in my favorite color Clearwater Blue. At that point, he introduced me to Alex Vergara to start the paperwork. Alex made the start of this experience pleasant and he was great. It was nice working with him and getting to know a little bit about him on a personal level. Nice guy! After completing paperwork with him, the day ended with Jean Lacock. Smooth transition and he explained what I was signing in detail. He was also a very funny man. Many laughs throughout the day with all three. It was an awesome experience. Saturday 6/8/13 5 weeks into shopping for a Corolla at 8 other local Dealerships I finally purchased my car at Toyota of Orlando. I can tell you they are all not the same. Some worse than others. I can tell it was a wonderful experience and process here. I felt I got a great value for the money, no nonses numbers game,they provided full disclosure and no gimics. This is a honerable dealership. Wow I can not say that for their competition. Next time I want a Toyota I will return. The Saleman ,Manager and Fianance Dept were outstanding! just outstanding!. I got a good deal and dealt with honorable staff. I am just amazed and alarmed that buying a car is laced with such non-sense its shameful,stressful and aggrevating. Lucky for my travels graced this dealership. It has raised my faith that there is a honest dealership out there. Ok I have said enough.When your next sales man tells you the added charges to the purchase price is an additional 2,800.00 thats your first clue your in trouble.Stop and walk out you need to go to Toyota of Orlando on Vineland.
