When we arrived to Toyota Orlando we were welcomed by Mr. Mike Daskota. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Once we made the decision to run rhe numbers we sat with Mr. Malik. He was very friendly and with him we filled out the paperwork. He showed us preliminary numbers which were too high and he worked to get the payment down within our range. My only negative comment is thAt we were not informed that the extended warranty and gap insurance were optional. nonetheless the numbers were good. We then passed on to sign the contracts, I sat with Mr. JOhn Vanscoy, he was also extremely professional, friendly, and informative. In all, my experience at toyota of Orlando was wonderful. More
We had tremendous people to work with at Toyota of Orlando, starting with Jay (Ramod?(sp), the innitial salesman who is from New York, parents from India. He is a very knowledgeable man, having been an aeronautical engineer. He is smart and taught us more about the 2013 Toyota Corolla than anyone had prior to this. He gets a super high ten mark. Then came the young man named Alex (last name is a Causian Peruvian or something like Varansa) and despite me being a warrior and a hard sell, he was able to culminate the sale (because we liked all of your guys) and withstand all the darts I threw at him. Good for Alex, a real good man to have on your team for negotiating a sale with a hard nut like me. Then came good old (young) Shawn Sibley who closed out the sale and did all the paperwork, etc. Boy has he got it down. I signed in the wrong space one time, but in twenty seconds he had printed up a new form and I had signed it. All of the paperwork took half the time we took in prior purchases of cars. We like Shawn very much. I can't think of a nicer man to close out a sale than Shawn. Give him straight As as well. A solid ten for effort. We are happy with your large dealership. We noticed other people negotiating and buying cars as we were sitting there in your showroom. You run a smart operation, matching up ethnicities and the type of people with a similar type of sales person. We are Caucasian and so were your helpers for us. Blacks got darker people to help them, and so on. It works out best when that's the case, I think. Keep up the good work. My wife is allergic to fragrances. You found employees who didn't use aftershave lotion so that my allergic wife could stand to be around them. Bravo, to you. You aim to please and you do, every time. On Wednesday, June 19, 2013 I brought my Toyota Corolla to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an insp to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection because my maintenance light was on. Mr. Ferrando went above and beyond my expectations. I knew I was in good hands and that I would not be cheated into buying any unnecessary services for my vehicle. Right away Mr. Ferrando pulled up my history's vehicle and told me what services my vehicle had already received. At the end of the inspection, I was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter. I was shown the air filter, and yes, it was quite dirty and needed to be replaced. Mr. Ferrando also explained to me the importance of maintaining my vehicle, and gave me a quick tutorial on a car and its major components. Moreover, my vehicle was able to get what it needed in just under an hour. I felt completely confident that I was getting the best service at Toyota of Orlando, and I will definitely return again. From the moment I completed a search online, I had a great experience with Toyota of Orlando. They did an immediate phone follow up and invited me to come to the dealership. When my daughter& I arrived at the dealership, the lady who called me introduced us to Dennis who further assisted me in finding a vehicle that suited our needs as well as my budget. He was very patient as we looked at several vehicles. We finally chose one and went inside for the financing. Jamal and Dennis worked with me with the financing , etc. They were so nice throughout the entire process. It was such a pleasure working with them. Michael Sumner worked with us in completing the paperwork and he was great, as well. They were all so knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. When i went to work the next day, I immediately began to give the best word of mouth advertising ever and will continue to do so. Thank you all so much for being so amazing throughout and even after with the follow up phone calls. It is truly appreciated. More

The guy in the lot was very helpful, given he didn't know much about the car as its a MINI at a Toyota dealership. There was a concern with the transmission during the test drive, which they fixed before I left the lot. The sales guy (Juan Colon) was very good, but his sales techniques were almost by the book. I ended up spending far more time there than I should've. Close the sale for the terms I ask for or I walk is pretty straightforward. The guy who makes the deal (Birdie?) came over as the closer. Made me feel like I was at a high pressure time share office. I told him my terms as well and he tried to squeeze more money. When I told them I was leaving, they pleaded for two more minutes and miraculously produced the acceptable deal. That was a textbook "straw man" technique if I ever saw one. I'm happy with the deal I got, but it should not have taken as long as it did. It was a blatant attempt to get me to pay more for the car. The brightest spot of my experience was the finance manager, John Vanscoy. He was very personable and thorough in his explanations of the various paperwork. So, to sum up, It was good experience that could have been great if they hadn't telegraphed every sales technique straight from the time share sales textbook. That's why I've rated this experience as such. More

I will describe my personal experience by my new Toyota Rav4. First, the person who showed us the car, Mr.Edgar Rodrigez was the best person we met in the Toyota dealer. After we selected the car we wanted the second step was with Mr. Juan Colon who was not professional in many things made my mom and I feel like he wanted to take advantage of us about the price of the car and not let me talk with his manager. Instead of bringing his manager he brought another salesman called Mr. Antonio Cruz who was very nice and treated us very professional. Even when we explained to him what happened with the other guy I didn’t say anything to the manager. Finally, in the last process buying my car with another person who was really nice, he brought the manager to us even when we didn’t say the bad experience I had with Mr. Juan Colon and he spoke to us very professional and very attentive. I appreciate Toyota of Orlando and its staff and Edgar Rodrigez and Antonio Cruz for their good business. My mother and I are very happy with the new car. More
