As always we were decisive in taking our 1999 Toyota 4 Runner in for service. We would never think of trusting any other operation with our vehicles. For several months we were comtemplating purchasing Runner in for service. We would never think of trusting any other operation with our vehicles. For several months we were comtemplating purchasing a new 4 Runner. The quality and dependability of our 1999 model made it easy for us to decide on buying another one. So, we requested a test drive of a 2013 4 Runner Limited. Dave was our Sales Advisor who took his time to explain all of the major highlights of the vehicle as well as answer any of our specific questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He seamlessly introduced us to Antonio Cruz who then very thoroughly explained all of our finance options. Antonio was patient and comprehensive as he worked with our payment needs. He successfully found us the perfect formula of down payment, interest rate and terms of the loan that made the purchase comfortably fit into our budget. Antonio then introduced us to John Vanscoy who professionally presented our paperwork. He made the process simple and understandable for us. His cheerful attitude was much appreciated as we worked through the various documents. John also went as far as to personally install our new floor mats after thoroughly explaining the many technical capabilities of this amazing new vehicle. At this point, Mo Salah and Emil Pellino came out to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our new 4 Runner. Antonio joined them and they all congratulated us on the "newest member of our family". I must admit that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The personal touches made the difference. It also helped that we felt great value in the price of this world class vehicle. When we arrived to Toyota Orlando we were welcomed by Mr. Mike Daskota. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Once we made the decision to run rhe numbers we sat with Mr. Malik. He was very friendly and with him we filled out the paperwork. He showed us preliminary numbers which were too high and he worked to get the payment down within our range. My only negative comment is thAt we were not informed that the extended warranty and gap insurance were optional. nonetheless the numbers were good. We then passed on to sign the contracts, I sat with Mr. JOhn Vanscoy, he was also extremely professional, friendly, and informative. In all, my experience at toyota of Orlando was wonderful. More

We had tremendous people to work with at Toyota of Orlando, starting with Jay (Ramod?(sp), the innitial salesman who is from New York, parents from India. He is a very knowledgeable man, having been an aeronautical engineer. He is smart and taught us more about the 2013 Toyota Corolla than anyone had prior to this. He gets a super high ten mark. Then came the young man named Alex (last name is a Causian Peruvian or something like Varansa) and despite me being a warrior and a hard sell, he was able to culminate the sale (because we liked all of your guys) and withstand all the darts I threw at him. Good for Alex, a real good man to have on your team for negotiating a sale with a hard nut like me. Then came good old (young) Shawn Sibley who closed out the sale and did all the paperwork, etc. Boy has he got it down. I signed in the wrong space one time, but in twenty seconds he had printed up a new form and I had signed it. All of the paperwork took half the time we took in prior purchases of cars. We like Shawn very much. I can't think of a nicer man to close out a sale than Shawn. Give him straight As as well. A solid ten for effort. We are happy with your large dealership. We noticed other people negotiating and buying cars as we were sitting there in your showroom. You run a smart operation, matching up ethnicities and the type of people with a similar type of sales person. We are Caucasian and so were your helpers for us. Blacks got darker people to help them, and so on. It works out best when that's the case, I think. Keep up the good work. My wife is allergic to fragrances. You found employees who didn't use aftershave lotion so that my allergic wife could stand to be around them. Bravo, to you. You aim to please and you do, every time. On Wednesday, June 19, 2013 I brought my Toyota Corolla to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an insp to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection because my maintenance light was on. Mr. Ferrando went above and beyond my expectations. I knew I was in good hands and that I would not be cheated into buying any unnecessary services for my vehicle. Right away Mr. Ferrando pulled up my history's vehicle and told me what services my vehicle had already received. At the end of the inspection, I was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter. I was shown the air filter, and yes, it was quite dirty and needed to be replaced. Mr. Ferrando also explained to me the importance of maintaining my vehicle, and gave me a quick tutorial on a car and its major components. Moreover, my vehicle was able to get what it needed in just under an hour. I felt completely confident that I was getting the best service at Toyota of Orlando, and I will definitely return again.
