Worse experience Sales and Service... Beware My fault I did a lease. There were hidden charges which I found after reviewing the lease papers. It took me 9 hours to negotiate the price!!!!!!!! My fault I did a lease. There were hidden charges which I found after reviewing the lease papers. It took me 9 hours to negotiate the price!!!!!!!! They of course were taking advantage of me. I traded in a Prius which needed a brake actuation job which was not covered under the extended warranty. BUT, Toyota had a recall on it which ended at the end of December 2017. I brought it in 25 days after the end of the recall. Toyota does not advise you of minor recalls. Toyota service was not willing to contact Toyota corporate to see if they could get it covered. Service only saw $$$$$$ and focused on pushing me onto the sales floor so they could get me into another car and this happened within 12 hours of my bring it into service. Cost of the brake line....$2700....which further pushed me into getting another car. But their tactics did not allow me any time. 9 hours at Toyota! I asked for the keys to my Prius twice so I could drive away. They refused. I should have stood in the middle of the sales floor and demanded they give me the keys or I should have called the police. I have contacted customer service with my complaint and they could care less. The Manager called me and all he wanted to do was explain the lease to me. I did not need the lease explained to me at that time when I found all the hidden charges which were not explained and not properly headed in the lease papers. He was not hearing and did not want to hear or address my complaints directly. Don't let them push you around and don't let them pressure you. All the other reviews speak highly but they have not checked their papers! On leases, there is a period of free maintenance. Look at your leasing papers. You are paying for it. You pay another 2 extra charges. Look at your papers. You are focusing on the monthly amount but look at your papers to see the additional charges. And you know they turned around and got that brake line in the Prius repaired for nothing and then turned around and sold it for $8,000 when they gave me $2000 on the trade in. DISGUSTING They don't know their stock. They don't stand behind their mail advertisements. Their people are pushy and can't make decisions on their own. They are delivery clerks. I am stuck but I have entertained dropping off the car and walking away for the abuse they caused me. More

However, the person whom called me last Wednesday March 21, 2018 not sure of her name but sounded like Gerydaly whom lured me in to end my lease early with a new lease with no down payment and lower monthly payments was not true. This was the first time this has has happened in my 20 years of my dealing with Toyota of Orlando and hope to continue my relationship. More

**BEWARE** - Unprofessional, Misleading, Bait and Switch My son was trying to replace his 2015 Dodge Challenger, which was recently totaled. He found what he was looking for at Toyota of Orlando. He called My son was trying to replace his 2015 Dodge Challenger, which was recently totaled. He found what he was looking for at Toyota of Orlando. He called on 2-9-18 to inquire about the particular used vehicle, stock #8250418B. He told the salesperson, CARMEN, on the phone, "We are coming from Jacksonville, FL. We only have a little over $20,000 to spend on that particular vehicle because we are paying with insurance money from the wreck." She told him they do not talk pricing over the phone, but if he made the drive down, (about 300 MILES round trip), they would definitely work with him and negotiate. We drove down the next morning and met with Carmen. She immediately sent us off with someone else to test drive the vehicle. It was the last we ever saw of Carmen. We were tossed around to 3 different people. The last salesperson told us, "They do not negotiate." Unbelievable! She OUTRIGHT LIED to us. Obviously we would have never driven down there if she would have been truthful. We wasted an entire day, gasoline, and wear and tear on our own vehicle. To add insult to injury they told us they are a family-owned dealership and pride themselves on treating people fairly, but did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. We hope to spread the message about this dealership so that no one else has this misfortune. **UPDATE** - UNBELIEVABLE WASTE OF TIME The dealership called us on 2-11-18. They claimed they were reviewing the phone conversation tape between Carmen and my son, and were going to speak to Carmen’s manager and a sales manager regarding the situation. We spoke to them on 2-13 and 2-14 as well, both times being assured someone was reviewing the information and talking to managers. On 2-15, we received a call from Cynthia Wagner, their customer service manager, stating that the sales manager WOULD NOT HONOR the price range that my son and Carmen spoke about. In every conversation we had all they could do is regurgitate how great their used car prices are… NOT THE POINT! This dealership cares not for your time, but only your money. They use old school classic car dealer “tricks” to get your money. $$WATCH OUT $$- Toyota of Orlando charges an $800 dealer fee on top of whatever price you think you are settling on. There are many other dealerships that have departed from this model and are willing to serve the customer. More
