I had a very mixed experience at this dealership. My sales person was excellent. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. At the next step of the process I was linked to a "sales specialist." Within th sales person was excellent. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. At the next step of the process I was linked to a "sales specialist." Within the first three minutes of the conversation I was ready to get up and walk out the door. The tactic at this point is to used pressured sales. They will not give a price until you commit to buying that day. After arguing with this person for several minutes I was able to get a ball park price and then it was another arguement to get a value for my trade in-orginally he said it would take an hour, then it went down to about 20 minutes. This process was very demeaning. I felt bad for my sales person as this specialist basically ruined all of their efforts. I would NEVER recommend this dealership, and will be very verbal to anyone about how they treat people and potential customers. More

My wife and I went to buy a Rav 4. The salesman on the lot was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was laid back and did not push anything on us. Later on when we went inside to talk to the ma lot was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was laid back and did not push anything on us. Later on when we went inside to talk to the managers, we got turned off by the added features and high interest rate that was offered before our credit was checked. So much so that my wife as visibly shaken and we got very close to leaving. After that we spent way too much time trying to get to the number that was definitely alluded to through out our visit. We felt that the staff was playing with us and if we hadn't invested so much time into purchasing the car we would have walked away. Eventually we got most of which was "promised". When we got to the finance guy, John Vanscoy, the experience turned around and he made us feel better. More
