My wife and I went to buy a Rav 4. The salesman on the lot was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He was laid back and did not push anything on us. Later on when we went inside to talk to the managers, we got turned off by the added features and high interest rate that was offered before our credit was checked. So much so that my wife as visibly shaken and we got very close to leaving. After that we spent way too much time trying to get to the number that was definitely alluded to through out our visit. We felt that the staff was playing with us and if we hadn't invested so much time into purchasing the car we would have walked away. Eventually we got most of which was "promised". When we got to the finance guy, John Vanscoy, the experience turned around and he made us feel better. More
