We met with an Employee named Jay who was to show us the new Corollas. He explained very well all the corolla features and then let me drive the vehicle. After all that time, we wanted to take a look at the 2013 Hybrid camrys. We basically made Jay have to start all over with us. He showed us the vehicles and took us on a test drive. We loved it! After that he took us over to Derek Walker to discuss a trade in we wanted to do and the purchase of the Camry. Derek was excellent. Very nice and professional. I have dealt with many rude and unprofessional salesmen but at this Toyota it was incredible. Nicest dealership I have ever seen. This of course made the purchase so much easier. They were very upfront and gave us all the information we needed. Once we have decided to get the vehicle, the finance department (Shawn Sibley) did their job well. He was very fast and thorough. I never thought I could purchase a vehicle in the time that I was there. Everything was fast and easy! I went to the dealership that day not thinking I would buy a vehicle. I left a happy customer. I had a very mixed experience at this dealership. My sales person was excellent. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. At the next step of the process I was linked to a "sales specialist." Within th sales person was excellent. Very courteous, informative, and helpful. At the next step of the process I was linked to a "sales specialist." Within the first three minutes of the conversation I was ready to get up and walk out the door. The tactic at this point is to used pressured sales. They will not give a price until you commit to buying that day. After arguing with this person for several minutes I was able to get a ball park price and then it was another arguement to get a value for my trade in-orginally he said it would take an hour, then it went down to about 20 minutes. This process was very demeaning. I felt bad for my sales person as this specialist basically ruined all of their efforts. I would NEVER recommend this dealership, and will be very verbal to anyone about how they treat people and potential customers. More
