My overall experience was not bad at this Toyota dealership, however Paul Vera did not seem as attentive as I expected (yet I do have extremely high standards of customer service as I have worked ma dealership, however Paul Vera did not seem as attentive as I expected (yet I do have extremely high standards of customer service as I have worked many years in the Hospitality industry). John Vascoy on the other hand was fantastic to work with and is an exceptional employee- willing to help me out in areas that aren't even a part of his job in financial services. He made purchasing my very first car a much smoother and less nerve-wracking transaction than it had been before stepping into his office. He definitely deserves these accolades as far as I am concerned. Toyota of Orlando, good job hiring this one! If my sales specialist had been better, my scores would have been all five stars. The personnel we dealt with were all pleasant and I'm sure doing their job as trained . I love Toyotas BUT the advertising is deceptive, they try and put in extras in the price without discussion and t sure doing their job as trained . We met with an Employee named Jay who was to show us the new Corollas. He explained very well all the corolla features and then let me drive the vehicle. After all that time, we wanted to take a look at t new Corollas. He explained very well all the corolla features and then let me drive the vehicle. After all that time, we wanted to take a look at the 2013 Hybrid camrys. We basically made Jay have to start all over with us. He showed us the vehicles and took us on a test drive. We loved it! After that he took us over to Derek Walker to discuss a trade in we wanted to do and the purchase of the Camry. Derek was excellent. Very nice and professional. I have dealt with many rude and unprofessional salesmen but at this Toyota it was incredible. Nicest dealership I have ever seen. This of course made the purchase so much easier. They were very upfront and gave us all the information we needed. Once we have decided to get the vehicle, the finance department (Shawn Sibley) did their job well. He was very fast and thorough. I never thought I could purchase a vehicle in the time that I was there. Everything was fast and easy! I went to the dealership that day not thinking I would buy a vehicle. I left a happy customer.
