We entered the dealership simply to do research on a new Toyota Sienna. We have been looking at this vehicle for a while. Since the sales staff was so easy to work with and knowledgeable, we ended up leas Toyota Sienna. We have been looking at this vehicle for a while. Their "Internet department" is a ghost. The same typical red, blue, yellow, white shirt hierarchy, same yelling at customers and all the xx. Calls customers to their location even after they have sold away that specific stock#. The same xx dealing of non existing vehicles, numbers and logic. Modus Operandi is luring customers: "Internet dept" unknowing of their stocks, lure customers, and hand over them to these red/yellow/blue/white shirts to xx and coerce customers to buy some xxxx car. What a load of crap. Instead my experience with Earl Stewart Toyota in WPB was heavenly. One person who shows you the car, deals finance and also hands over the car keys. Bestest. More
