Friendly staff. However, my sales specialist was very pushy with GAP and toyota warranty. After two hours of discussing, I wanted to scream!! Afterwards, it was no GAP, no Toyota warranty then you have t pushy with GAP and toyota warranty. After two hours of discussing, I wanted to scream!! I purchased a model that was the same price as my original choice but because it was a not a Toyota it was okay not to get a warranty. The sale would not be as bad for the associate.
