It was time for a new car! i went to Toyota of Orlando, just to look around and scope my options. I am one of those people that don't like to deal with aggressive salesmen. I parked my car and was immediat just to look around and scope my options. I am one of those people that don't like to deal with aggressive salesmen. I parked my car and was immediately greeted by this very nice,patient young man. I believe his name is brown-eye Gabriel. He answered all my questions, explained the functions of the car to me thoroughly. Really, his demeanor allowed me to relax. Jerry Sun was my sales man that helped me. Once again, he was very patient and understanding. I told him what I wanted and my budget. Looking at the car, i did not think that I would be able to get it on the same day. It took us some time, but he took the time and told me about my many options. He was not aggressive at all, listened to all my concerns, and addressed them. Jerry Sun was one of the nicest salesmen I've met. All this would not be possible without the help of John Vanscoy. He was very nice and helpful and once again explained everything to me. I drove to Toyota of Orlando in a beat up 2004 Toyota corolla, and left with a 2013 Rav 4 XLE. Affordable monthly payments! Thank you guys for making this such a wonderful, stress free experience. I also was surprised by the ease of completing the finance end of the deal. John VanScoy went over each section of financial papers I was to sign, readily answered any questions I had.
