Jay was great to present the product and was the reason I came back from the previous day as I was rushed to pick up my son from school. Paul was fair and open with the negotiation process until we came to terms. Jean Lacock was able to finish of the deal with 2 key components of managing the delivery of my floor mats and he was able to locate a second key for me which was great as I was concerned we would finish on a sour note after 4.5 hours, but Jean went the extra mile to make sure to locate the second key to the vehicle. Thank you! My only criticism is that for a cash deal paid in full, I was at the dealership for 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle that was selected before I arrived. I did spend approximately 1 hour looking at a couple other vehicles(Jeep & Lexus). So with a cash deal I believe this could have been accomplished in a maximum of 2 hours. With that said, I believe you all did a great job! Thank you! More

I was treated very well by everybody and I do like my car very much. After a few days I realized that I paid too much for this car and that my payments are very high, but that is the price I pay for not hav very much. I should have turned the deal down but I didn't because I don't have too much experience with buying cars and I did need a car. More
