When I realized I needed to buy a new car, this was the only place I wanted to go to. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. Paul Vera was wonderful in negotiating a price for the car I wanted- a 2011 Rav4. This was my first experience buying a car on my own and it was such a smooth process. Paul was very patient with me and answered my questions very thoroughly. Jean LaCock was absolutely wonderful, as well. Even though there was a lot of paperwork to be filled out, Jean made the process fun and quick. He made sure I knew exactly what I was signing before I signed it. He even came outside put the new tag on our car and set my iphone up to my car system. Hector and Mike made sure it was clean and sparkled. I have never went into dealership and been treated as great as we were at Toyota of Orlando. Go see them you will not regret it. We love our new 2014 Toyota Corolla.
