Awesome People, Awesome Experience From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were warmly greeted by salesman Chito. His vibe was not one of a sleazy salesman, but of so From the moment my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were warmly greeted by salesman Chito. His vibe was not one of a sleazy salesman, but of someone who really cares. As he let us test drive several cars, he happily sat in the back, relaxed and told us what we wanted to know. He always reiterated that he wants us to be happy with our selection. Once we picked the car, he introduced us to Birdie who right from the start let us know he's there to help us. He was very pleasant and engaging as he took our financial information, as well as understanding of what we were comfortable with. As he came back with the results, he was not forceful, but very honest and patient as my wife and I came to a decision. I appreciated his realistic approach to help everything make sense. The finalizing process went very smooth. He then introduced us to Jean who was also very friendly and engaging as we signed our loan documents. He was great at explaining everything and answering the additional questions I had. Finally, he led us out to our new car, cleaned it up and explained some of the basic features. From beginning to end, this was a very stress-less experience and I could not have picked a better dealership. Great job guys. I'll be back. More
