Toyota of Orlando is an awesome dealership. The staff was very kind & made me feel welcomed. Prior to my visit I stopped by Kia and did not get the same warming welcom is an awesome dealership. The staff was polite from the moment I walked in. Tamara introduced me to Carlos Marrero and guaranteed he would take care of us and he did just that. He was very patient and entertaining yet very professional as he catered to my wants in a car. Although I didn't leave in the Camry which I initially looked at, Antonio Cruz worked hard to get me into a brand new 2014 Corolla. Considering it was super busy Carlos & Antonio made it their best interest to keep me updated with my stand by updates. By the time I made it to the financing department it was close to midnight and the dealership had already closed. Jean Lacock still managed to keep his sense of humor & reiterate my loan, title transfer and coverage. I must say I was satisfied with my experience overall and I would definitely refer my family & friends. More

Fantastic Experoience When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by Thomas. He was smiling and anxious to help me even though he had been standing in the blazi When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by Thomas. He was smiling and anxious to help me even though he had been standing in the blazing afternoon sun! I knew what car I wanted and he quickly found two of them for me to look at. I took one for a test drive. Thomas and I discussed the features of the car and I was able to ask questions. Unlike the experience I had at another Toyota dealer where the salesman spent almost the entire test drive texting on his phone. Once we returned we spent another 20 minutes learning more about the features of the car (playing with the navigation features, adjusting the brightness of the screen and changing screen color for example). Once back in the A/C I worked with Alex. He was very friendly as well. He and I easily negotiated a final sales price, which was a pleasure. He presented a variety of financing options and once settled took little time for approval. Once the paperwork was completed (which did take a while) I worked with Jean to review and sign the paperwork. He is very affable person and it was a pleasure working with him. I would rate my overall experience as excellent. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Orlando to my friends and family. More

And the entire process took just over 3 hours - rather speedy for buying a car. I love the complimentary car washes and the fact that the service department is open both Saturday and Sunday.
