December 2013, my sister and I purchased cars myself a 2011 Venza after 20 years with a 1993 Toyota Camry; my sister a 2014 Corolla. My son and I went to the Dealer, looking for a car for him, left there; went to several other dealers and returned by to Toyota of Orlando and found the car that he wanted a 2014 Corolla. Very helpful and supportive service I went into the dealership with a friend on a spur of the moment trip to look at replacing my 12 year old van. Please note, I am visiting Orlando for I went into the dealership with a friend on a spur of the moment trip to look at replacing my 12 year old van. Please note, I am visiting Orlando for an extended vacation from Michigan. We were greeted by Alton Mercer who demonstrated a car I liked and showed several of the special features of the 2013 Sienna van. We then passed to Aundre Roberston to talk paperwork and money. He worked with me easily, clearly, and was very supportive/positive in our discussion. When I decided to move ahead with the purchase, he and Jean Lacock did all of the special things needed for an out of state purchase, trading in my old car, and enabling me to take the vehicle that evening. Jean Lacock was excellent in his explanations of paperwork legal clauses, transferring the old car to the dealer, getting the temporary tags for the car etc. Jean was a blessing in this process. I definitely would recommend all three gentlemen to my friends looking for a Toyota. I would also recommend that they contact Jean Lacock [articularly when they have questions about titles, financing, and our fo state purchasing. More

Great Experience!! The experience of purchasing my first, new car was beyond amazing. This was possible only because of the people who helped me along the way. First, I The experience of purchasing my first, new car was beyond amazing. This was possible only because of the people who helped me along the way. First, I have to give a big thanks to Jose Maldonado. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted in a car and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Tom Diaz was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to go over everything with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He made the process seem easy and helped me achieve my goals with purchasing my new car. Lastly, Jean LaCock finished out the deal. His uplifting and charismatic personality drew me right in. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. After all the papers were signed, Jean helped me set up everything in my car, such as bluetooth and other aspects. He was truly a delight to work with. All in all, my experience at Toyota of Orlando was great from the very beginning to the very end. All three of these people were positive and extremely helpful. I feel blessed to have had the pleasure of working with all of them. I truly feel like I have a family at Toyota. More
