Great Experience!! The experience of purchasing my first, new car was beyond amazing. This was possible only because of the people who helped me along the way. First, I have to give a big thanks to Jose Maldonado. He took the time to find exactly what I wanted in a car and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Tom Diaz was absolutely exceptional. He took the time to go over everything with me and was extremely knowledgeable. He made the process seem easy and helped me achieve my goals with purchasing my new car. Lastly, Jean LaCock finished out the deal. His uplifting and charismatic personality drew me right in. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. After all the papers were signed, Jean helped me set up everything in my car, such as bluetooth and other aspects. He was truly a delight to work with. All in all, my experience at Toyota of Orlando was great from the very beginning to the very end. All three of these people were positive and extremely helpful. I feel blessed to have had the pleasure of working with all of them. I truly feel like I have a family at Toyota. More
