I tried to buy a brand new 4 runner online, and all this people want to do is get you down to hold you hostage, I had been to store before about a yea I tried to buy a brand new 4 runner online, and all this people want to do is get you down to hold you hostage, I had been to store before about a year ago and had a bad experience, they wanted to get me to comit to buy without even seeing numbers and held my trade keys hostage, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to their online dept, most places treat online buyers different than walk ins, this wasn't the case, all they wanted was to get me into the store, I had to drive 1-1/2 hrs to buy my truck where they did it in a matter of 3 calls and couple emails, the longest pray was getting there, I don't see how they call themselves a super store and all that, stay away from there More

Awesome Price, Great Interest Rate & Good Service So there's only one thing worse for a parent than having their son get a license...giving them your car! When our 17 year old drove to a baseball prac So there's only one thing worse for a parent than having their son get a license...giving them your car! When our 17 year old drove to a baseball practice or to a friends house having two cars was no big deal, but now he drives to school, baseball and has a job. To top that off I have to do a lot of driving between Orlando & Miami and needed something better on gas than my 4-Runner. So we gave our son the 4-Runner and I started looking at Camrys. Didn't take too long before I found a 2013 Camry which might as well be a brand new car since there's almost no mileage on it for almost $10k less than what I should have paid for it. That and Alicia & the finance team getting me an interest rate so low its laughable, this car is definitely going to meet all the needs I have. Thank you guys for everything! More

Jorge Baez did an excellent job with the paperwork and we went through the process pretty quickly. Up until the last five minutes of me being their I would have rated my experience a 10. The person who first introduced me to the car, Luis who helped negotiate the price, and Jorge who finallized the process where all great. It was when I was waiting for the tag to be put on and realized my truck didn't have floor mats is when my experience took a turn towards the negative. Then after being told they were going to "fill it up" I pulled off the lot and realized I had less than a 1/4 tank. I turned around to inquire and was told "we put $10 dollars in it". Needless to say my first two stops with my almost new truck ($25,000 +) was to the gas station and an automotive shop for floor maps. Maybe the dealership can pay attention to the final details. This would keep my rating of a 10 all the way through the process instead of the 7. The 7 isn't for the people I worked with, but for the dealership's policies and procedures. More
