When we arrived the people gave us great customer service. They showed us the car and we were able to test drive it. Marcos the sales specialist gave us a great deal and explained everything, then Jorge the finance specialist explained everything in depth to us. They were really great and deserve five stars!! More

1st time buyer everyone was super friendly, and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. Lots of fast talking, but that was to be expected. When he couldn't get the numbers where I wanted them to be he reached out to the GM, Yanni (?), who sealed the deal with a much lower interest rate. Jean LaCock was the finance guy who was also very friendly and got me through the mountain of paperwork very quickly. Only downside was having to pay for the mats, which I was told would be FOC (didn't complain too much because of the much lower interest), and receiving emails and phone calls EVERY singe day since purchasing asking me to complete this review. Overall, a good experience and I love my new car! More

Buying a new Prius C I was greeted by Patrick (so sorry I've forgotten his last name) but he was my first contact, took me for a test drive, showed me all the car's featur I was greeted by Patrick (so sorry I've forgotten his last name) but he was my first contact, took me for a test drive, showed me all the car's features, answered a lot of questions with expertise and patience. He even set the clock on my car the next day when I couldn't figure it out. Luis Beltre took me through the sales itself; again, lots of patience and knowledge. He listened to my questions and concerns and was very responsive to both. Finally, Tim Holser in finance finished the process with efficiency and kindness. Everyone was great to work with. I never felt pressured or pushed. It made buying my Prius a pleasure. And I'm loving the gas mileage. More
