I did some research before I visited but that wasn't needed, Jose knew everything there was to know about each package on the tacoma. Morgan made the negotiating stress free and explained all of my options in great detail without feeling pressured. When I had to do the paperwork Jorge made it a breeze while answering many questions I had and explaining everything I was signing. I would recommend this dealership to anybody that wants a fair price and a easy and stress free time buying. I will absolutely be purchasing from again. More

One employee can make it bad for them all All of my experiences at Toyota had been pleasant until I had to deal with an employee by the name of Ozzy Perez. Hopefully he was just having a bad d All of my experiences at Toyota had been pleasant until I had to deal with an employee by the name of Ozzy Perez. Hopefully he was just having a bad day because if his behavior is acceptable then it really makes Toyota of Orlando look badly. He was obviously upset because the manager saw his error and made a decision in my favor. He still had to do the paperwork, and when he was done he threw the paper and dropped my keys on the desk in a very disrespectful manner. Up until this point, he was very condescending and never really listened to what I was saying because he was too busy talking over me. He didn't even request to get my car washed after it was serviced, which they have always done in the past. I had a great experience with the sales dept, which is why I recently convinced my daughter to go ahead and buy her 2nd Toyota from Toyota of Orlando, instead of Autonation. After my experience with Ozzy Perez, we both have decided to get our cars serviced at a different dealership from this point on. He made me feel so unappreciated and uncomfortable as a customer. I would really feel uncomfortable coming face to face with him again. Hopefully the managers will retrain him in customer service 101. I am a very positive customer, who is usually easy to please, and I have never been treated so lowly. I left Toyota of Orlando nearly in tears. More
