Toyota of Orlando is not in any way across from Mall of Millennium but it is well worth the trip. The product specialists (Carlos and Jamel) are awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and super pleasant (great guys).The numbers gamer (Jeyson) was the most patient and understanding member of the team. He spent a lot of time making sure that me (customer) was satisfied with the deal. He was extremely knowledgeable, humorous and pleasant. Great Experience I hate buying cars at dealerships because of silly antics they play (i.e. Phantom Manager behind closed etc. etc. consequently I have learned to alway I hate buying cars at dealerships because of silly antics they play (i.e. Phantom Manager behind closed etc. etc. consequently I have learned to always use internet. Since it was my son's first car I decided to buy from a dealership so he can learn from some shoddy salesmanship....but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by a product sales guy very professionally (forgetting his name .. Iggy I think) and when I told him that I have 30 minutes for him to give me a deal he moved quickly....brought in the financial guy who quickly put a very reasonable deal on the table... immediately thereafter a sales manager gave me the written price. I told him I will make a decision tomorrow. No Pressure..No silly statements like what can he do to earn my business today or this deal is only good today BS. The next day I received a call and they set an appointment all documents were ready and within 2 hours I was out the door with the car. When I arrived the second day a sharp sales person (I am forgetting his name) quickly documented everything and turned me over to the Jorge Baez the Finance Man. Jorge wrote up the financing package and actually put me in the car...good seamless connectivity. Great experience buying a mid-price Japanese car...much better than the Mercedes and BMW dealerships in Orlando that treat people like dirt and that is why I always buy cars outside of Orlando via Internet. BTW..my internet buying research at other dealerships prior to buying this car confirmed the competitive price I received... More

I was very scared to do this again but my husband was in need of a new car so I had to suck it up and go for it. I called a friend who used to be a car sales man at Toyota of Orlando and he reassured me that I would not have the same experience there. He got me in contact with Mo Salah I arrived at the dealership a nice man from ireland met me and the moment my car door opened I was greeted with warm similes and from there things went fast smooth and easy! I worked with Jorge Baez and another man in finance that I can not remember his name but was also great! I strongly recommend this dealership! More
