A smart financial choice in my opinion. Imagine my delight when Paul came out to work with us on buying a new Avalon. Since we already had a relationship, the negotiation process was very smooth. Paul worked very hard to get a deal that benefitted both sides. I will be delighted if Paul is around when I buy my next Toyota. When turned over to James for the paperwork, we were pleasantly surprised at how little paperwork was required. My memory told me with past purchases, this part was the most tiresome. James had everything ready and he explained each form thoroughly. Paul and James made our car buying experience as pleasant as possible. When I finally got a chance to get back with Birdie we quickly found common ground and completed the sale. -From that point Jorge Baez quickly and thoroughly completed the paperwork, got the car ready and explained many of the features before getting me on the road.
