Purchase new Tacoma I worked with with Carlos, Jerry and Angel. I had been a David Maus customer for years purchasing at least 12 or more vehicles. I tried to work numbers with them and got nowhere fast. I decided to call Toyota of Orlando driving up from Vero beach and talked to Michelle in Internet sales and she said come on in. She then introduced me to Carlos who was an awesome sales person who just cared and was nit high pressure. After I selected the vehicle Carlos did some paperwork and then introduced me to Jerry who was a pleasure to deal with. He explained all the numbd ds of the deal and was even willing to try to negotiator at better price for me. Angel was the last person in Finance I dealt with and he was a joy to deal with. The size of this dealership is gigantic, 20 plus acres according to our host Kyle who we met in the lot upon our arrival. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Having worked in the service industry ourselves for many years Kyle's direction and professionalism were most appreciated. It was not long before Kyle located the car we were interested in and found on Toyota of Orlando's website {in our home computer}. After the test drive Kyle answered a battery of questions about the car. This is the fourth new Corolla we have purchased over an almost twenty year period and we thought we knew a lot about them. Kyle showed us differently, this new Corolla was far from any Corolla of yesteryear. We were next introduced to Antonio Cruz (salesman) who immediately made us feel very welcome at his place of business. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing and the handling of the financial aspects of the sale. He went out if his way to keep us informed in every step of the process to purchase the vehicle. He made us feel like one of the family by telling us of his father's U.S. Army service record and experiences. He was a true gentleman during the whole process. Our next person to deal with was Angel Rodriguez Vega the Financial Services employee. Angel was delightful to work with. He was very friendly and upbeat. He handled all the financial papers with ease and expertise and explained every paper in detail. He allowed for all the time that was needed to be sure that you (as the customer) comprehended all the papers you were signing. He gave us Toyota key chains as a token of friendship to his new customers. He is an asset to the Toyota dealership. We received a courtesy call from Cynthia Wagner (Administration) after purchasing the car. Cynthia was very courteous and professional on the phone. She explained again to us about all the free services Toyota provides with the purchase of the vehicle (oil changes, etc.) She answered our every question and left us feeling great about the whole experience. In conclusion I want to thank the people listed above for the best deal and the best car, the Toyota Corolla. My wife and I have put over 530,000 trouble free miles on three Toyota Corolla's. I saw all the excellent reviews, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience. We saw a highlander online with a special Internet price. We confirmed 3 times that this particular car was on the lot. We then drove 2.5 hours to buy this car. When we sat down to discuss price, Steve tried to sell it at a much higher price. We told them about the Internet sales team who confirmed the car and price and we were told that car is gone. They advertise one thing and try to deliver another. Shame on them. More
