We then drove 2.5 hours to buy this car. When we sat down to discuss price, Steve tried to sell it at a much higher price. We told them about the Internet sales team who confirmed the car and price and we were told that car is gone. They advertise one thing and try to deliver another. Shame on them. More

A smart financial choice in my opinion. Imagine my delight when Paul came out to work with us on buying a new Avalon. Since we already had a relationship, the negotiation process was very smooth. Paul worked very hard to get a deal that benefitted both sides. I will be delighted if Paul is around when I buy my next Toyota. When turned over to James for the paperwork, we were pleasantly surprised at how little paperwork was required. My memory told me with past purchases, this part was the most tiresome. James had everything ready and he explained each form thoroughly. Paul and James made our car buying experience as pleasant as possible.
