When I did find the dealership Kyle Carter greeted me very professionally and friendly it took his time to find out what I was looking for and it was a very pleasant test drive and he was able to answer all my questions with confidence. After test drive Kyle introduced me to Antonio Cruz to do the financial part I can not say enough good things about Antonio he is just amazing he worked hard for me to get me the best deal and the entire time he made me feel important as a person and customer he is the best. Then I was introduced to Angel Rodiguz he made the signing of all the paperwork easy and explained it to where a person could understand what was happening. When we got done with the paperwork Angel went to my brand new RAV4 and set up my phone with the radio and Kyle put my tag on and helped me clean out my trade in. This was my first Brand New Vehicle and I was and still am so excited and Kyle and Antonio made it so pleasant and I felt that they where truly happy for me too! The first associate we dealt with was Patrick, who had just the right amount of professionalism and humor to help us feel comfortable and pick out a car that was the perfect fit for our needs. Then we dealt with Birdie who was also very sensitive to our situation and made us feel comfortable while discussing numbers, and also took a bit of time to get to know us. We signed our final paperwork with Manuel Claudio and I couldn't believe we were already almost finished. From the moment we stepped on the lot (just looking) to the final paperwork with Manuel, everything was handled by a staff that was professional, but yet friendly and interested in our needs. Patrick was attentive (but not intrusive) as we looked and with our test drive. Jayson was equally helpful with working our numbers and of course, Manuel wrapped it all up at the end for us. As we have made multiple purchase with Toyota of Orlando, we are familiar with quite a few of the sales associates there. I would like to mention that this past June, we worked with Paul Vega and Jose when we purchased our daughter's 2013 Corolla S. Not the greatest It's a nice dealership, I bought a vehicle here for a good price. The person who sold me the cry was great, but the system they use is ridiculous. They don't allow me as a customer to negotiate the price to decrease it they go ahead and do that for you. Then after a week and a half my air filter was disgusting, my windshield wipers did not function correctly, when they sold me the car they hadn't put gas in it, I had checked the oil filter and it was gross. Small details like that aren't great. I wouldn't recommend this dealership entirely. I only bought the vehicle because it's exactly what I wanted for how much I wanted. More
