Just Like My Cruises - Smooth Sailing!! This is the third Toyota my husband and I have bought at Toyota of Orlando and just like our cruising experiences, everything was smooth sailing. The three Muskateers, Alton, Birdie and James, were very knowledgeable, professional and made the experience fun. They made sure I received the car I wanted (2015 Venza), for the vehicle price and the trade-in amount I wanted as well as the zero percent financing. In fact, the whole process went so well that my sister and I came back to the dealersip the next day so she could buy a new car (2015 Prius) and the three Muskateers provided the same excellent service. All I can say is AWESOME job Alton, Birdie and James, you ROCK! Although the "shopping" expierience was fantastic, the main reason we chose Toyota of Orlando is the service after the sale. Like I said before, this is our third Toyota purchased at the dealership, so we have experienced the service department, which does an outstanding job. In fact, I had purchased my Prius at another dealership, where the service was very poor, and once my husband bought his Avalon at Toyota of Orlando, I started bringing my car to the dealership for service. Everytime we have brought in our vehicles for service, we are greeted immediately, asked what service is needed and the techbician services the car quickly. More importantly, the service specialists lets us know if there are any areas that need addressed and if there are any specials going on at the time so we can save money. What more can you ask for in a dealership! More

First time yesterday with my sister to see if she could get back into her dream ca Scored! Touchdown... Second day at Toyato and feel like a winner!!! First time yesterday with my sister to see if she could get back into her dream car... She Did! Then today to try to make it happen for me!!! We Did!!!Let's just start with Alton nicknamed Al (by me)... He was walking towards me as I exited my car and greeted me and my sister with a great big smile and handshake... Then he started chatting us up about what we were looking for... He not only listened to two sisters talking, probably at once and both going in different directions in the car lot, but he took me straight to the car I would drive off the lot, in just a few minutes.!!!! Again I say Wowee... Al took us into the store where we had the pleasure of meeting Byrdee a well dressed, well groomed and delightful young man. After I didn't think the experience could get better it did! Not only did I get exactly what I asked for and really needed in order to get my car, I got to meet the man who OKd the deal!!! Byrdee then introduced us to James who completed the Sweet Deal with contracts and signatures!!! Wow way to do business Toyota of Orlando...Thanks for my new Prius, it's gorgeous and fun to drive, oh and did I mention gets 50 miles to the gallon most of the time!!! I'll see you for service!!! Ozzie Perez has handled the last 2 services that I have had to do on my 4Runner. He is a very upfront service person, doesn't try to hide anything and is very willing to work with you. He is also very honest about additional service needs and suggests how to get everything done either now or in the future. He is very attentive and personable.
