I recently enter into a lease with them and upon discovering after driving off the lot with my car they had given me a vehicle that did not have big f I recently enter into a lease with them and upon discovering after driving off the lot with my car they had given me a vehicle that did not have big features in the car that I was promised when we agreed on the price. When I quickly went back in to see if they could help me with the issue, two of the managers (Gavin, Garry) both basically told me “Sorry you were lied to but you already signed so it’s against our policy to correct the problem”. I spoke with Cynthia their customer relations rep and she was more helpful but did not have the power to help. I highly recommend going to a different dealership as they do not care about you after they sell you a car even if they lied to sell it to you. Trust me just choose a different dealership as they will not help you and good chance they will lie to get you to buy. More
