A bad experience First, the salesman tried to "add" (instead of "subtract") the value of my trade-in to the price of the car I was trying to buy. Then I had to tell him 3 times that the advertisement said that the dealer fee was included in the sales price before he finally took it off. If I had not been paying attention, he would have charged me an extra $2000 for the car. Everyone else provided excellent service. More
