bad experience I went to this dealer to buy a 2016 highlander. after the test drive I went in to negotiate the deal. I was there 6 hours and it was the worse 6 hours I went to this dealer to buy a 2016 highlander. after the test drive I went in to negotiate the deal. I was there 6 hours and it was the worse 6 hours of my life. the highlander 's sticker was 44000. so I said I would pay 41000. I told sale's I talked to someone on the phone that said they are taking up to 6000 dollar's of a new car. He said the lied to me. the salesman said the list price was 46000 and the it's already discounted. he showed me his computer which said that. then I needed a cargo shade and was told It cost 360.00. I said just give it to me as part of the deal. he said we can't but i can give it to you for 160.00. so I bought the highlander. when I got home I checked the dealer website and it said the cargo shade cost 160.00 and the MSRP of the highlander is 44000.00. boy did I get SCREWED. I wish I new this there and I would have canceled this deal. Im also writing a complaint to toyota. More

At first, I purchased a loaded Corolla S and drove it for a year. Terrific car but just not me. A few days ago I stopped into Toyota Orlando and was impressed with everyone who assisted me in leasing my new electric blue, V6 2016 Toyota Tacoma > Nestor, John, Henry and Ms. Kimber Williams - who on that day broke all land speed records to finish up my paperwork - allowing me to get to work on time. I used to work on Wall Street and know excellence when I experience it. The entire Toyota Orlando team who assisted me was excellent! More

My Experience It took me two visits to complete the purchase of my vehicle. The first visit was just to check out the inventory and the price of the vehicle that I It took me two visits to complete the purchase of my vehicle. The first visit was just to check out the inventory and the price of the vehicle that I was in the market for. Noel Cruz was the sales person that took his time to help me look at the different models and explain the different features. I never felt pressured to purchase before I was ready. Bud & Aundre Robertson helped me pin down the model that would give me the features that I was looking for. On my second visit Noel Cruz helped me again as he searched the lot to make sure that I had seen all the vans that were a possible option. Paul Vera was the person that I negotiated with and who started the paper work. I can't say enough good about Paul. He was calm, respectful and patient. Desiree Figueroa completed the paper work, showed me how to use the different features of the vehicle and even synched my iPhone with the system inside of the van. She also did a great job of getting all the stickers off of the car and installing my floor mats. Desiree never made me feel rushed and took her time to make sure I new about the basic functions before I drove the van off the lot. Overall, I was very pleased with the service that I received while purchasing my new van. More
