Also, he made sure we had transportation where we needed to go. He was my service advisor at the Winter Park location before he transferred. My husband and I are glad we found him. I found Toyota's prices to be significantly lower than my usual mechanic's prices - both for the battery replacement and a needed oil change as I would be traveling soon. In addition, Katie found that my vehicle qualified for more discounts, which made my costs even lower. While waiting, I thought about Christmas shopping at Millennia Mall. I asked Katie if a ride was possible from Toyota. She smiled and shared that it was no problem. Within minutes, she had a driver take me to the mall. When my vehicle service was completed, Katie texted me and had a van pick me up from the mall & return me... all this at no extra costs. It was the best vehicle service experience that I have ever had. More
