I was at the dealership today As I was looking for a new vehicle. I can’t remember the girls name but she was very professional very informative and very professional. I remember she had black hair was on t vehicle. I can’t remember the girls name but she was very professional very informative and very professional. I remember she had black hair was on the shorter side and was Venezuelan. She was very helpful and informative. Once we went inside to talk about prices she had another gentleman come in and in two minutes that he was sitting at the table with me, he was very unprofessional rude and had no intention you help me In any way. I was very disappointed in his sales tactic he didn’t even give me an option, and again was very rude. It was a whole two minutes that I spent with him and as soon as he opened his mouth I was ready to get up and leave. Due to the fact that he was very unprofessional and didn’t giving me any options and didn’t seem that he wanted to make a sale at the end of the month I got up and left literally I was two minutes in his presence and I was done with whatever he had to present to me. I will take my business elsewhere and will never use this Toyota on Vineland ever again and I will never refer them to anyone. Very disappointed!!! More

Do NOT buy Gap insurance from them In 2015 bought a car from them and included Gap insurance. The car got totaled in February 2019 and per their instructions stopped my auto payment. In 2015 bought a car from them and included Gap insurance. The car got totaled in February 2019 and per their instructions stopped my auto payment. Gap was supposed to cover my loss but as time went by Toyota Finance wanted payments since Gap seemed slow paying. Gap said it would take up to 90 days. Next thing I know Toyota Finance demanded full payment of the car, which I did but that demand came from their collection agency. I had the highest credit score other dealers had ever seen. By turning this over for collections (which I got no notice it was turned over) they ruined my credit rating . So I am out over 3000 dollars (which I paid) and now have bad credit. The Gap paid NOTHING, absolutely nothing. If you google Gap scams you will find that SOME dealerships sell gap but just take the money since so few Gap claims happen. Of course I cannot verify if this is the case here but if it quacks like a duck it may be a duck. More
