Hello do to my experience in the service area is very poor do to first time there for oil change my tundra was scratch on hood and grill and never informed. Second time 1/29 went there fire tire rotation poor do to first time there for oil change my tundra was scratch on hood and grill and never informed. Second time 1/29 went there fire tire rotation and oil change . After they finish they took my car to body shop with no need they took the wrong car wow ok then got home and tire rotation were never done . That very wrong. Not even a call from Toyota of Orlando not professional. Team something is wrong. More

Service Manager isn't customer oriented and very rude I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 1 I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 12/09/2019 I visited twice the dealer to bring service to two of my cars. Also, "Gus" always bring me an outstanding service, always. But Yesterday, when I was walking with "Gus" to pay the invoice, two ladies stop him close to the registers, to ask him for something about the service of her car. In this moment I toke the papers from him to pay the invoice. At this moment the Service Manager, Pellino I think was his name, told "Gus" rudely and unprofessionally way that he should never give the papers to a client to pay, making me feel like a common thief. His comments to Gus about the papers made me feel offended. I think this person should not work in any service area, due to his lack of tact with people. I would recommend anyone to work with service officers and avoid meeting this Manager. More
