I will never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership, paid 5000.00 down on a used Toyota Corolla with what I thought had an approved bank loan, only to find out almost two weeks later, my da dealership, paid 5000.00 down on a used Toyota Corolla with what I thought had an approved bank loan, only to find out almost two weeks later, my daughter needed a co-signer which was never asked for during the signing of the contract, I made it very clear to Raul and Donte before purchasing of the vehicle that I will not be co-signing so my daughter can establish her credit which was agreed upon; however we have been harassed every since, We were LIED to during entire sale. What dealership allows you to leave a car lot without a co-signer if needed. Instead of them taking accountability for their mistake, We were accused by Kyle of presenting false information to the finance personnel, which was very untrue, Raul only LIED to get my daughter’s down payment of 5000.00 dollars, allowing her to drive the car off the lot, to later harass us about a co-signer or pay the car off, we have since asked for the return of the down payment and to return the vehicle to their lot. What I thought was a good first time buyer experience for my daughter only turned out to be a nightmare and bad business... More
Sexist management At Toyota of Orlando you can expect sexism, to be patronized, and to have your potential trade-in treated with zero respect. I was first helped by Aun At Toyota of Orlando you can expect sexism, to be patronized, and to have your potential trade-in treated with zero respect. I was first helped by Aundre and I test drove a 2019 Toyota Corolla with him. He was actually really decent and respectful. I liked the car. The mileage was low and the price was great. When we went inside, my family and I sat down to talk numbers and he brought over a manager named "Scotty" (Scott). Scotty glanced down at the papers that had been filled out about my current place of employment and began quizzing me about my own field. I'm a scientist and a woman in her thirties. My family and I felt uncomfortable and it was obvious to all of us that he didn't believe I'm capable of doing what I do for a living. I'm not sure whether he immediately formed this opinion upon seeing me just because I'm a woman or because I look younger than my age, but it was incredibly demeaning for my intellect to be sized up while I was trying to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. When we got into talking about numbers, Scotty then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't possibly have the rate I had, in fact, been approved for by my financial institution. We finally decided to leave and discuss things "over lunch." I really just wanted to get out of there and continue searching elsewhere. When I went back to my car, I discovered the arm rest on the driver's side door had been broken and it hadn't been damaged at all, until I gave the keys to Toyota of Orlando to go inspect my potential trade-in. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Toyota is a great brand, but this dealership is a cesspool. Needless to say, I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and I'm very happy that I did. More

Run like the plague. Unfortunately, I need to change my review. My first experience here was really good, but the second one was basically a nightmare. I don't want to Unfortunately, I need to change my review. My first experience here was really good, but the second one was basically a nightmare. I don't want to say that I got scammed, but it is basically how I feel about it. I bought a 2017 Corolla with them, with Andre Molinari, real good experience and guidance, one year later I went to get a deal on the car, and buy a new. At the time, my Corolla was financed, and the guy who took care of me at this time, his name is Ricky something, he convinced me to change to a Lease. My fault here is ignorance. I was not used to leasing, and end up being the worst deal I ever did. I changed a financed car for a leased car for the SAME MONTHLY INSTALLMENT. To make things worse, they lost my car key, and I need to wait for three hours while they looked for it (they didn't find it), so I needed to go there again so they could cut a new one. Just go somewhere else. If you really want a Toyota so bad, try Autonation in Winter Park, which is where I'm taking my Corolla for service More
They treated me and my wife Terrible. We were just looking to get a vehicle to better suit my needs do to my disability. We were actually told by Vernor who is supposedly a sales specialist that they looking to get a vehicle to better suit my needs do to my disability. We were actually told by Vernor who is supposedly a sales specialist that they will not sell us anything. Then I asked to speak with a manager but Kyle refused to talk to us. Kyle and Vernor were just laughing saying that we were just wasting our time. Snice they are not going to sell us anything. More

The customer service received was fantastic they had a great variety of vehicles I could choose from . When I received the diagnostic report for my van it cost more to fix then it was worth. I needed a safe and reliable vehicle for my family and thanks to Toyota of Orlando I was able to choose an certified used Rav 4 for a reasonable price and monthly payments that that I could afford . God bless everyone who took the time to help me and answer all my questions .Thank you😃 More

Stereotyped? Not allowed to test drive I had purchased a car from these folks before and the experience was mostly positive, so I returned to see what they could do for me this time. I I had purchased a car from these folks before and the experience was mostly positive, so I returned to see what they could do for me this time. I was there to look at and very likely buy what is probably one of the more expensive models on the lot. I was geniuely excited to go check it out. First, we were denied to get into the model I was interested in purchasing. They asked us to look at one they said was virtually the same. They did this by claiming that the keys for the one I wanted were locked because, and I quote, "we don't want people in and out of it, lowering the value. It's not a Corolla". Never mind they still had to get the keys for the other model I was allowed to see. Before letting me even sit in the other model, I was told that they don't really do test drives for that car because people already know what to expect and know they want it. This was immediately followed by the sales person (or maybe a supervisor since he was called to help) mentioning a list of negative things about the car as if to dissuade me from considering it. In other words, they simply blew me off in under 5 minutes.. What does one say after that? Why even try to push the issue if they obviously want you to leave? I was dumbfounded, and 36 hours later, I still am. Maybe they thought I could not afford it? I will never know. But I will test drive it and buy it if I like it. Just not at Toyota of Orlando. UPDATE: Said and done. I purchased the vehicle at a different dealership where I was treated politely and professionally. More
