Lindsay Agosto quoted me 3x the time needed to fix my issue then swore that everybody pays the price she quoted for my repair. I was completely taken advantage of. Luckily, I was able to call other sho issue then swore that everybody pays the price she quoted for my repair. I was completely taken advantage of. Luckily, I was able to call other shops to get a quote and call xx. I asked to speak to Lindsay's manager as she walked me to the checkout counter. She continued to sell me on her quote being 'what everyone pays.' Finally, a manager came over and agreed the hours were too high and had Lindsay adjust them. What a crook... More
The worst dealership I've ever dealt with! I was in contact with someone from the dealership all through the day and made an appointment to come in to buy the vehicle I inquired about.I drove o I was in contact with someone from the dealership all through the day and made an appointment to come in to buy the vehicle I inquired about.I drove over an hour to get there and the salesman i was supposed to meet with wasn't there so another salesman took me out to the lot and we walked all over the lot for 15-20 minutes looking for the vehicle. The whole time she was trying to sell me every other vehicle we past and couldn't find the one I came to buy.we went back inside and the sales manager came out to inform me the truth was sent to the auction that morning.I wasted my whole day for nothing and I think the salesman knew that's why she was trying to get me to look at other trucks.I will never go back to this dealership again. The salesmen here are total snakes, would not meet me at my preferred car price point or my monthly payment price point. They only care about their own profit and not the wellbeing of their clients! Dealing with Toyota of Orlando has been an absolute nightmare. I initially brought my 2024 GR Corolla in for a simple noise issue, and somehow it escalated into a "clutch problem." After consulting wit nightmare. I initially brought my 2024 GR Corolla in for a simple noise issue, and somehow it escalated into a "clutch problem." After consulting with multiple reputable shops in the area, I was told that my clutch showed normal wear and was perfectly fine to drive. Yet, this dealership insisted otherwise. On top of that, their customer service is non-existent. I tried to reach out via email to discuss the situation, and they never even bothered to respond. As if that wasn't enough, they are now demanding I pay $1,500 just to reassemble my car after they took it apart to "check" the issue. They even made me sign a paper to trap me into paying this outrageous amount. This is nothing short of shady and manipulative. To make matters worse, they mark up their vehicles and services, so you're paying a premium for terrible service. It's disgusting and unethical. I'll be making sure everyone I know stays far away from Toyota of Orlando. Don't waste your time, money, or patience at this dealership. DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Update: 10/21/2024 Still no update from the dealership. If you are reading this review please do not do business with them. More
Called and made an appointment with the internet sales manager to purchase a new car he said was in stock, and that they were willing to deal. Drove over 70 miles and when I arrived they said it was pre- manager to purchase a new car he said was in stock, and that they were willing to deal. Drove over 70 miles and when I arrived they said it was pre-order and had already been sold, and they would not go under MSRP for a special order. In my opinion this is a total bait and switch operation, and multiple people other than my direct salesman flat out lied to me to get me to come to this dealership. Fortunately I was able to purchase a new $50K vehicle from Mike Eardman Toyota on the way back home. If your looking for an honest car Toyota dealer in Orlando you might want to travel to the space coast. More
I have owned Toyota trucks since 2006 and I have to say Toyota of Orlando has been the worst experience of my life. I traded a 2022 Tacoma to a 2024 Tacoma and from the beginning of the transaction with Jo Toyota of Orlando has been the worst experience of my life. I traded a 2022 Tacoma to a 2024 Tacoma and from the beginning of the transaction with Jose until the end has been a very poor experience. No communication and was told that if my 2022 bed cover did not fit, they would have it ready for me to take home. My wife and I had to make 3 phone calls to find out if it would fit before finding out it did not. Then wanted to charge me for removing the old cover after I purchased a 60K truck. I do not recommend nor will I return. I’ve had great experiences with other Toyota dealerships, but to say this one was disappointing is an understatement. More
I decided to give Toyota another chance, and what a mistake that turned out to be! My wife and I drove all the way from Cocoa Beach to check out both the Lexus GX 550 and the Land Cruiser, as she needs mistake that turned out to be! My wife and I drove all the way from Cocoa Beach to check out both the Lexus GX 550 and the Land Cruiser, as she needs more space since her Porsche Macan is simply too small for our family. After a wonderful experience at Lexus of Orlando, we thought we’d take a short drive to visit a Toyota dealership, which was our second option for a new vehicle. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The salesperson I encountered was unprofessional and dismissive, making comments like: “You know that’s the most expensive car we have,” and “We can show you the interior, but only if you’re ready to sit down and discuss numbers.” When I asked to see the vehicle, he said, “I can’t get the keys; you can only see the interior through the window.” He even suggested I check out a 4Runner instead. This felt like a blatant disregard for my family and our needs. This is the second time I've encountered such poor customer service at a Toyota dealership, and it makes me wonder if this is a systemic issue. As a result, my decision is clear: I will be taking my business to Lexus. I’ll also look into whether the dealerships are owned by the same company before spending any money. More
