Battery Replaced battery, coil & spark plugs. When I picked up the car Jerry asked me if I wanted the old battery & I said yes. I took the battery back to Wal Replaced battery, coil & spark plugs. When I picked up the car Jerry asked me if I wanted the old battery & I said yes. I took the battery back to Walmart & they said the battery checked good underload & they wouldn't give me any prorate on it. I called Jerry & he asked me how much I had paid for the battery & I told him & re rebated me that amount and gave me a credit for the labor they had charged me to install the new battery which I can use on my next service visit. 24 month checkup We were first sent a reminder card and scheduled the appointment for the checkup the next week. He did what it took to make sure my extended warranty paid their part so that when I arrived that afternoon to pick up my car all I had to worry about was the extra that I agreed to. From the time arrived to my appointment to the shuttle ride and the pick up everything was so smooth. I was so hesitant about taking my car to be repaired because of a another bad experience at another dealership I was not looking forward to taking my car in. Getting my car diagnosed and repaired was quick and the service guy was not pushy (trying to sell extra things) when he called to tell me what I needed. This experience has changed my mind for sure.
