Spent $300 on oil change, tire rotation, two filters and a set of wiper blades. I’m disabled and asked if my rear view mirror could be tightened, as it often falls when I hang my H/C placard. I’m a loyal Toyota customer, I’ve owned at least 5. Great cars, but after 25 years and several vehicles, I gotta say, service sucks at every Toyota dealership I’ve ever been to. More

I would not rate the sales department very high. Hence my three star rating. Their service department is the crown jewel of the dealership. Very professional, friendly, high quality service and they are always quick to come in and explain what your car needs, estimated costs and answer any questions you have. I’d go to another dealership to BUY another Toyota but I will always go to North Austin Toyota for my service needs. Maybe one day the sales department will improve but they just want to sell you a car, and there is no follow up. I wasn’t even notified my personal plates had arrived and I never saw my sales or finance person again when I had questions after buying my car. Tried many times. More
