Mr. Culpepper insisted I bring my Tundra in for the service I needed before warranty expiration. Charles Maund honored Toyota's warranty up to the very last day and many times before. Will Manniella was absolutely amazing. The best service I have ever received at any Toyota Dealership. From the moment I called to setup an appointment to getting into my vehicle after everything was completed. My vehicle went on three test drives to make sure it was good to go. I would receive updates on my vehicle as they came up. I was informed at a decent time of my car having to stay an additional day so that I could make arrangements. Will made sure I was informed on the work that needs immediate attention and gave me a few options to work with when I came back for the additional repairs needed. I wasn’t pressured into doing anything right away, I wasn’t judged for not having the means to get it taken care of at that moment. He gave me the information, reassured me that it would be okay just to get it taken care of as soon as possible. I will continue to go back to this specific location even though I live down southwest of Austin, and there is one down the way. It is well worth the drive. The Costumer Service here does not compare. More
