The updated right side waiting area is amazing and more accomodating during the wait with multiple seating areas and a charging station/table. I've been a customer at this location since 2017. More

Upon arrival for today’s 7:15 am appointment, we noticed two long lines of cars waiting yet out advisor Walter Ortiz was very efficient and helpful in having the car serviced on a timely manner. Toyota of N Austin recently took over from Charles Mande and will not honor the lifetime alignment contract Charles Mande made with me. Shows lack of customer loyalty. I will take my remaining non-Toyota co and will not honor the lifetime alignment contract Charles Mande made with me. Shows lack of customer loyalty. I will take my remaining non-Toyota contract maintenance to Tech One, they appreciate their customers. To be fair, this dealer performs the service work well, albeit a bit slowly (1.5 hours for an alignment and over two hrs previously for an oil change). More
Very disappointed in the shuttle service, and the actual vehicle service. Communication was very poor, both services took unexpectedly long when told otherwise.
