Service needs more certified technicians and service advisors. This service can get pretty overwhelming some of those employees that never worked were everything is constant. I took my car in for an oil change, rotation and alinement. I was told it would take 3 hours. It took 9 hours and they didn’t even do the alinement. I went in for a car service and they wanted to charge me for a previous service i had a year ago. A year ago they had us wating for more than 4 hours for an oil change service and they decided to give us a for a previous service i had a year ago. A year ago they had us wating for more than 4 hours for an oil change service and they decided to give us a free oil change since we waited for more than 4 hours at the dealership. Once i went back again for the same service a year later they wanted to charge us double for last year and charge us for a service we did not ask or wanted to get done at the time. We only came for an oil change. I had to talk with the service member and the manager and they were arguing over the charge and wanted to charge us for a service we did not ask to do. They wanted to overcharge us. More
