Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. $99 per the website and document signed at drop off. Total came to $160. Service advisor was rude throughout the experience, hostile when asked to ex $99 per the website and document signed at drop off. Total came to $160. Service advisor was rude throughout the experience, hostile when asked to explain increase in charges, and dismissive when I declined additional maintenance totaling $1,800. Hard to know what maintenance is actually required when there are 10 line items, delivered without explanation. Not to mention I waited for three hours. More

Sometimes they can be busy and can take a few hours, which is no problem, but I’ve learned from the past to have other arrangements. So I Uber’d home after dropping off my car and was called within 40 m which is no problem, but I’ve learned from the past to have other arrangements.
