As mentioned, your appointment was scheduled for 8AM to ensure the appropriate technicians were available to handle the specific requirements of your hybrid vehicle. While our oil change and tire rotation technicians arrive earlier, specialized technicians begin their day at 8AM to handle more complex matters, such as battery-related issues. That said, we did have technicians arrive early that day, and your vehicle was reviewed ahead of your scheduled appointment time. We are sorry if this was not communicated clearly.
