No one was much help after I dropped off the vehicle yesterday and the original service person told me to talk to anyone in the service dept but took over 15 minutes for help. No update that my vehicle was ready either I just took my best guess and went to the dealer. They should be have service personnel actually help other service people that are off for the day. Casey was very helpful and gave me the heads up which was great! Also took over 10 minutes to be approached at when already in the service area. More
Hunter helped take care of my vehicle and got it back into shape. Worked with my fleet company to get everything addressed and was able to get me a loaner for the time being as well. into shape. I understood that in the first maintenance it would be a rotation of the tires and a check of the car's liquids, not even the windshield wiper fluid was refilled, nor was the tire pressure checked correctly rotation of the tires and a check of the car's liquids, not even the windshield wiper fluid was refilled, nor was the tire pressure checked correctly since now each tire marks a different number, the service did not last 30 minutes So I think they only rotated the tires and returned the car to me. Since they are getting ready to delete my previous review because it mentions going somewhere else, …and it won’t let me “edit it to keep it posted” here I am. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired because it mentions going somewhere else, …and it won’t let me “edit it to keep it posted” here I am. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Literally 15 employees walking or standing around upon arrival and not one of them acknowledging our presence ...it was kinda weird to be honest. Happens both times on drop off and pick up. Found 4500 in suspension work that was covered by warranty one day, then 4 days later decided it wasn't covered. Not sure how that’s a thing and never got an explanation as to why. 2019 Certified Used Tundra, pavement queen has suspension issues? And not covered? Hmm Red flag. Gave me a loaner car with broken windshield and dirty. The entire experience was not very good. More
