Rude, disgusting, low life's are the service and parts guys. Never buying a Toyota for this reason. Jared greeted me with "yes?" And treatment got worse. Parts xxxx Carlos Rodriguez made me wait 10 min before acknowledging me and yelled how can I help you twice before I could respond. What could be that important to make me wait 10 whole mins when no one else was there and there were 2 of them in there. It's important for them to act like an xxx.There was another service guy that belched really loud like frat guy after a beer bong. Another Toyota? No thanks. They don't know anything about respect or customer service. New guy Ty was nice trying me to sell a new Toyota but everyone else should be cleaning sewers far away from customers. More
Offered a great deal on an oil change and did a great job. Also checked over things like lights, brake pads and tires. And found a nail in one of the tires so I was able to get that fixed with out the fu job. Also checked over things like lights, brake pads and tires.
