Waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment first thing in the morning. I was the 5th car to there when I got there, so I figured I would have been in and out. Nope. I had to go ask for an upda first thing in the morning. I was the 5th car to there when I got there, so I figured I would have been in and out. Nope. I had to go ask for an update on my car to which I saw my key still sitting on the desk. When my car finally did get serviced I was not made aware of where my car or keys were, about 10 minutes later I walked out and saw my car sitting there; I finally go up to it, open the door and my keys were just out and about for anyone to take. Real cool. Zero customer service & zero communication. The price of the oil change was also outrages. Paid $100, when I've never paid for than $65-$70 for an oil change. The $100 price apparently also included the "special" they were running. More

I had a bad experience this time . I guess dealership telephone system foul up. Unable to communicate with service department beginning 3 hours after I left my car with the service d I guess dealership telephone system foul up. Therefore I was unable to pick it up the next day,(24 hours after I left it for 60,000 mile maintenance!. Very inconvenient and aggravating.. When I called the service department, all I GOT was the recording.. Much of my confidence that had been gained by five years of business with the dealership was lost. More
My service rep, Ramin, was incredible. A much better visit than my first. Everything that needed to be done was well explained as well as the cost and an estimate of how long it would take A much better visit than my first. (I did not have this type of service the first time I took my car here so ask for Ramin.) More
