Very disappointing service department. Left my vehicle for first service check and brought up an issue. Got a brush off answer and nothing was done about it. So much for Platinum Care. I bought my 2021 highlander and in less than 5 months,, the check engine light came on. Took ot to the dealership and the fellow told me me a rat may have eaten up my wire, due to where my car is packed. A the check engine light came on. Took ot to the dealership and the fellow told me me a rat may have eaten up my wire, due to where my car is packed. And to be frank my car is packed in front of my apartment complex. Guess the cost of repair, $745.00 . Go to the counter to pay,,the lady tells me to pay $700. More

I have been a customer with this dealership for 6 years, and haver never been disappointed. I don't care how many people are in line for repairs, the advisors move them quickly.
